Yeah its a random glitch. It happened to me a couple of times.

In that situation, tell the person to reconnect. If he refuses to reconnect, report him.

iClassic got hackers with way more crazy stuff... just saying. All hacks done on the iDevice can most likely get fixed.

Every admin on iEra has the power to ban and jail players, but it is not easy to catch them...
Just a report is sadly not enough for us. When we get the report and are not currently helping another player (don't forget that we often have around 600 players online...) we have to proof it. At that time the reported person might have already unsticked / disconnected / ended the glitch by reconnecting.

Then we have nothing we could use as ban reason and sadly can't do anything about it...
One of the biggest problems we have are the weak punishments. Some might call me a dictator but I think that every player who breaks the rules a second time should be punished hard. It must be more like a punishment than a short elimination from the game... Players should not even think about glitching because they could loose their beloved gun or maybe won't be able to play again for a few WEEKS. This is a way that 'might' help...

Now please don't say we need more admins.. honestly we don't. It's just very hard to do our job's when we get ton's of PM's asking for items, statues, events and auctions. It's annoying and keep's us from helping players who need us.

PM's like:

"I need your help".
"Come here please".
"Could you ask Snk something?"
"DEBUGUGUGUGUG"
"I found a bug"


and similar are pointless. They consume a lot of time to deal with. Simply send us your problem / question / description of a bug. And do NOT ask for items, events, auctions.

We MUST NOT give items to players and we MUST NOT hold private events or auctions.

I seriously love this community but sometimes I just rage about some people... lol.

Sadly a 'pic' won't help us. The reason is simple... everyone could fake a graal picture. Even if you don't have a clue about Paint / PhotoShop / Gimp you could still place all that NPC's in a level and manipulate them as you'd like.
We must actually SEE it. Even ten witnesses won't help. :(

so your idea to fix it...is to abuse your powers and give outrageous ban times? if its anything like classic then ban times are more than long enough, people got 2000 hours for having apptrailers in there status or 5000 for "staff harrassment"


you dont need more people with the ability to ban and such, you need more faqs that do all the question and helping, staff boots, access to the reports and logs and the basic teleportation and such, they wont need anything to punish other than the gag tool, they can deal with the questions, the gps can focus on dealing with the FAIR punishing. none of that **** that homelessbitch does.

A very large % of era is against/has complaints about HW, a much larger group than other admins have...I think the PRA's should look into this.

Even some staff members recognize the diminishing quality of our staff. It's not going/looking well for the future of era.

Haha you have really no idea what you are talking about. It might look easy to manage from your point of view but heck... it's not.
Our current jail / ban times are just pointless and I refuse to make them public here as it would be more like an invite to break the rules. Times like you listed never happened on era and will never. We are not classic.
Anyway a FAQ would then have to write everything down just to wait for a GP to do the 'dirty' job. Also GP's would just idle until someone call's them. Might not sound fair but that's how it has always been. That kind of system has been on graal for ages and just failed. Why should a FAQ get boots or logs? Do you even know the meaning of the word?
FAQ's are not here to check logs, proof stuff or warp around. There is no need to. I'd rather get someone to create a FAQ guild which people can join after they collected a certain amount of game time and proofed to be worth the job.
What ever. I don't feel like talking this way about HW or any staff member in general is fair so I would please you all to chill now. Every admin has his own way to deal with situations so... that is nothing you should care about. Honestly. If someone fail's as admin he will be fired..

Unless someone leads them, what they need is a leader and someone to convince players of the bad quality of staff. Plus, some players are able to quit, you just need to break their pride. I bet that if era will become empty, snk will be like: "WTF just happened?"

Your logic is flawed. Most everyone knows the quality of the staff right now and who is and who isn't doing their jobs. You can't really ask a staff member, "is so and so doing their job right?" because they aren't the ones affected. The players know, aka the name player relations. Not staff relations.

Now back to your point, you're speaking of a rebellion online. It won't go thru. Its not pride. People are literally addicted to this game. However, this would work if you found a game somewhat like Graal, MMO, social, ect and of better quality. But even then, people would still play graal. You cant just be like "halt don't play graal cuz we don't like how things are going."

To summarize, the game is going in a bad direction, no doubt. But people will play till they hate the game entirely. That day may soon come. Who knows

Yes but I'm sure your riots were something small such as gun prices, or fire so and so. Something as dramatic as making everyone "quit" would take hitler style convincing. Trust me, I've lead my riots, and some have started because of me. People do it for the hell of it or cuz they are bored. If you get even 30 people to say they are quitting, I'll respect that. But the question is, can you yourself quit?

Next question, how does this benefit you at all if you intent on quitting? I mean, what's the point? Also, how will you know if you were successful or not without logging in and breaking your own riot? There are many factors you have to take into consideration. It's not just willy nilly. And who is to say anyone would follow you at all?
