Is it just me or is it the game

I can't get on either I tried with my iPod and it didn't work and it's not my wifi and I tried with my phone on 4g and it didn't work so I think it's the game or just mobile

NPC server is down. That's not intentional. Nothing is being updated. Yes, I'm fun at parties.
