Support is not supporting
3 Attachment(s)
Four months ago I brought up that I have been banned from uploading, it has currently been over a year since I was first banned and nothing has happened. All staff has done is told me to go to support, but I don't think they care that support hasn't been responding to me.
As proof, here is a screenshot of the emails I've sent Classic staff (which is the email that support refers you to!) and how many times I've tried to contact support itself. Here's another screenshot of me being blocked by an admin. It's so irritating that no one is owning up to that this is a problem that no one seems to care about. I'm a GFX artist, I've uploaded a bunch of times before I got banned so I feel like this shouldn't have happened. Edit: I get that I'm being pretty salty in my emails but I feel relatively justified. I'm hoping that this post will catch the eye of some god-sent higher up that will help me or at least explain why I haven't been unbanned. Has anyone ever gotten unbanned? If you're not willing to provide all information in a ticket (GraalID, name, issue, possible proof) then you shouldn't expect to get support.
Also, you'll probably have a better chance of submitting a ticket now because they've had issues with the whole ticket system before. Any staff will just redirect you back to support as will every person on here aswell. Polite tickets get everything done, that's the case for me atleast. |

Wait what support isn't supporting? No way, this isn't like them at all...

I got banned from uploading, no reason really, just because I was uploading a shield that kept getting denied for no reason.
Emailed support, they told me why I was banned, I essentially said "bs" and they un-banned me. Whole process took maybe a week? Re-uploaded the shield shortly after and it was accepted. |
You shouldn't need to be polite to get a result of service... I'd have them fired and banned from their uploading
Then again this whole garbage of an organization is non-profit so whatcha gonna do |

Plus how do you even expect anyone to take you seriously if you can't communicate normally |

I always think its funny that people do something they know is wrong and get upload banned/banned in general, then act like they're the victim and harass staff/support about it despite it being their fault in the first place
maybe try taking responsibility for your actions and show that you're willing to improve? nooo, but that would demonstrate actual interpersonal skills, my bad |

In the process of uploading I received very ambiguous and unclear reasons as to why I got denied. After taking some time to edit and even rename the file (this process happened twice and other the course of at least a half hour) I kept getting ambiguous messages and then I was banned with no warning. Again, I've uploaded multiple times before and I know the whole process; I've resubmitted graphics before and it's been fine.
I started out extremely polite, and after they didn't respond I assumed that the ban would only last around a month or so. It was only after such a long time when I tried to upload a new head and found out that I was still banned did I basically give up on being polite. I think that if staff is going to be super ambiguous with their replies and lack the patience to deal with uploads they shouldn't be given the power to ban you from uploading, y'know? I'm not upset that I got banned, I'm upset that I got banned indefinitely. Edit: Meant to reply and !!!!! Quote:
