That's awesome lol. Too bad I already pre-ordered Skyrim remastered...but even then I wouldn't want to wait until next year to play it anyway so... Makes me excited for all the other games that will potentially be made for it though.

I'm hoping that since it can double as a hand-held, Nintendo will finally make a Pokemon game for console. I just wanna play pokemon from my TV pls.

Only thing I'm disappointed at is the name.

While we are not confirming any specific titles at this time, we are pleased to announce our partnership with Nintendo and support of the Switch", they didn't deny or confirm it but considering they have a partnership and showed it in the video it's obvious it'll happen.


I think marketing wise with the coming release of Skyrim Remastered they won't want people waiting to buy it for the Nintendo Switch so by not confirming it as a title for the console more people will purchase it for x-box / playstation and then for the NS as well at release.

Nintendo isn't dumb enough to show off a title they don't even plan on having for the console.

Yeah I was gonna say.. doesn't make sense that the Switch would show Skyrim being played on it if it's not actually going to be a released on it... Unless that IS the case, which would be really dumb lol

Nintendo would not advertise Elder Scrolls in their console launch trailer if it wasn't going to be on the console.

After not using a console, after the xbox one was released. I might buy this one, if it gets as many monster hunter titles as the 3ds did.

Anyone unaware, the footage shown is not actually on the Nintendo Switch.

It's just a pre-optimized build running on a computer and they edit it in on to the TV and handheld screen after the video is recorded, basically all console trailers or shows you watch are like this.

The design of the Switch was actually a prototype before they designed the WiiU

I'm a lot more interested in the switch than I was the wiiu

The WiiU was everything nobody wanted. Wii with a touchpad? Nope.

I hope the NSwitch will let you get games like mario maker although I doubt it.

The only reason why I show any interest in the WiiU is because of mario maker but it's not worth buying a WiiU for just one game.

Then again, there weren't a whole lot of great games for the original Wii so...

Anyways, this new design looks pretty cool. Kinda worried about those controllers.

They're like the Apple Air Pods of controllers.

Yeah, Wii remote was actually a lot of fun, but all the xbox/PS players thought the Wii was childish; But then again hardcore xbox/PS players have never taken Nintendo consoles seriously. It seems like Nintendo is trying to change their image by acquiring all those developing companies and getting other 3rd party developers onboard with the NX.

There weren't a whole lot of great games on Wii, but enough good stuff to keep Nintendo fans interested. All memes aside, Wii Sports and Sports Resort were fun; Mario Kart Wii where you actually had a steering wheel! 2 main series Zeldas; Metroid Other M was really good; SSBB ofcouse (even though the hardcore SSB players hate Brawl).

So we go from a plastic vibrator with buttons, to an IPad with buttons, to a screen with buttons.

They sell additional hardware like a variation of controllers for the NX, wait until the full release stream in January before making judgments on it, we've barely seen anything regarding the NX and there's still a lot more to show
