Identification issue
So this has been an on-going issue for about 2-3 months now. Before I start, yes I have try contacting staff members and yes I already email the support team and sent in a ticket but there there wasn't much help. Before the issue I haven't had the chance to log into the account for a few months, close to a year. But when I tried logging in everything was perfect except the email were never sent. Yes I checked my spam email and yes I waited for it but nothing ever showed up. I kept trying to login but nothing was being sent at all. At first I thought that the email wasn't being sent because of some server issue at the moment or that maybe I had spam the email too many times. I gave it a couple of days then retry it. A couple of days turn in to weeks and months. I email back and fourth with Ser but he kept insisting that the issue had to do with my account. I called aol explaining the situation hoping that it was them. But they checked and everything was clear. I decided to email Ser once more but never gotten a response and that has been a month ago. I've dedicated quite some time and effort into building that account and now I can't seem to even login my own account. I figure the issue laid within the server itself. Yes I still have access to the email. Just trying to figure out why I'm not getting in and why I'm not getting any responses or help.

Oh yeah I've had that problem for years (ok just 1) and I was never able to identify. It's really not a big deal lol. Enough story time
I was able to identify my self after I sent an email to somebody for the first time. Yes that sounds super random but it worked. Tldr Try emailing somebody or your self and see if you're able to identify again |
Thought i was the only one with this problem

What does the inside of the identification house look like?

What's up with the support team. They haven't given any effort into resolving my case despite the countless emails that were exchanged. They don't even throughly go through a case and investigate it. Just mumble jumble and gone.

Hey Dragun :)
If the staff team aren't helping I'd try directly emailing Unixmad, I know that might not help either but it's better to send it to the higher-up informing they're not helping you, so see if he can. He can see a lot more than just normal staff members can. If you spent $$ on this game you deserve that account back since it's truly yours [email protected] |

The actual staff team that handled that was disbanded so iera support might be slower than it was when i was communication admin : o |

What e-mail service do you use?

Alright, I registered an AOL account and made a new Graal account and everything worked fine for me.
Go on AOL and navigate to your mail settings: https://i.gyazo.com/516bb4fdb1b94eec...0555a14f8c.png Then click Filter Settings and try creating a new Filter for Graal then try this: https://i.gyazo.com/009904efe09af2b0...3019fddd17.png Resend the e-mail, then go check if it's in the Graal folder you created: https://i.gyazo.com/88375bd10b24405c...05f01adbff.png |

Still not working. Inbox and spam folder are still empty as well as the Graal folder. I'm guessing it has something to do with Graal Server. The email I used to identify with the account was [email protected] been having this issue for the past 6 months. Seems like no one can or are willing to help me resolve it. |
It seems to be a common issue with AOL and I don't think it's a problem on Graal's end.
https://help.aol.com/email-support Give them the e-mail [email protected] and just explain it to them, it might be possible they automatically delete the e-mails from them because they thought it was spam. I know you called them already, but they will have a different support system through e-mail than they do over the phone. |
What do you mean it's a common issue with aol?

Let me know how it goes with e-mail support, I don't think the issue is Graal related and that's probably why they haven't been able to offer help. |

So this is what shows up..the problem is not on their end so I'm guessing it is Graal server.

Seriously? None of the era staff can figure this out? It's irritating neither Aol or Graal can figure this out. Aol already done a bit of their part but it just seems like era has no interest in resolving their loyal customer issues.

My best guess is the port number that Era uses to send email is blocked by your modem or ISP.
I can't help you any further than that.. Check this by making a new email and try to identify (I'm no tech savvy) Sent from my HTC 10 using Tapatalk |
I'm having this problem too, all I want is for them to simply transfer account data to a new email, is that too hard? (I honestly dont know myself)

Prevent the issue from occuring permanently? No. I suggest an automated system for account data transfer OR account email change. |
