RIP Castle Tower
 

Do you guys and gals think it was a good idea to take away Castle as a tower in the new update?

They should've renovated it, not remove it lol. I was expecting Swamp to be dismantled.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. I thought they would have just made the respawn closer, or the halls smaller.

Castle sucked who cares :)

Castle was one of the only towers that felt like an actual battle or war. Maybe it is just my opinion, but it felt pretty cool charging through those halls and battling in what felt like the throne room.
It was also one of the only towers that required you to have skill to defend imo (minus the stairs, which were acause of annoyance for many attackers.) It was like a continual guild spar with the large flag room.

I was going to say maybe it's all part of a storyline for the future but yeahhh..To be honest I quite liked Castle alot(Same as liked snow&york) personally would of preferred to stay but hey lets see what comes of it...or doesn't.

Ah, so the Hat Shop is gone for good I'm guessing as well? Oh well, that's where I got my helmet, so of course I loved the tower itself!

The castle tower was like.. such an integral part of the game. I don't know what's going on but I don't like it. :(

What's the meaning behind the flags with the 'states' on them? (I believe that's what they're called.)

Oh, I thought maybe there could be some story behind them, like the new 'owners' of castle use this type of symbol to represent their integrity and fierceness against the baddies and other monsters in Graal! :P

This kind of update(the new appearance) is great! would love to see more throughout revamped to look newer, Nice job whoever made.

Would be nice if there were King and Queen NPCs that just roam around the new castle and do little things here and there. I also think the battle arena is in need of a tileset revamp like the one in that picture.

They are removing all the towers guys.

The knights kind of look scrawny. Make the arms bigger. Plus they should be a bit taller cause what knight fights with a dagger. Basically the sword is too damn small. Yeah. That's what she said.

I think I just fell in love with this tileset:love::love::love::love::love:

Maybe even have NPCs that would buy broken swords / shields, etc, or maybe even give them to the Blacksmith, that we helped get a 'house' in Onnet Town. After he upgrades our lantern, he says he has nothing left to give us.

I think it would be cooler to be able to sell it to a King or someone else within the Castle, that way it would be more interesting for him to say something along the lines of giving it to the Blacksmith, so that they can strengthen their defenses with more swords and shields.

I think that would actually be super cool, to have different cities (NPCs) know of one another's existence, and be able to communicate with one another.

Maybe the King could pay you (in Gralats) to deliver these shields and swords to the Blacksmith on his behalf, and then the Blacksmith might reward you with some sort of currency that you can collect to get an upgrade of your weaponry or something along the lines of that. Could definitely be some sort of quest, with limits of course. I feel like this would be an awesome new use for Castle if it's not going to be a tower anymore, but I'm sure you already have what you're doing with it all planned out.

The pillar lines don't look as smooth as everything else. Other than the support pillars near the knights and the yellow-ish one's, everything else looks nice.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I doubt they put that much work into it for it to not be a frequently visited area. I'm sure theres some daily quest or something you'll have to go to new castle for.

Not sure if it's just me but those two half diamonds* are extremely annoying and I feel like it would look better if the pattern was more consistent.
