Can't Login to Remote Control??
I tried to log into the Remote Control program from the .exe, but it continues to tell me I have the incorrect password. I was told that graal has some issues with the login system, and it prevents me from using the RC. I tried going into the graal client > start > remote control, but I can't select the server to connect to, making it useless. If anyone has any suggestions or can recommend things they've tried to get this to work that would be very helpful.

Either try logging in with your Graal ID, and not your community name. Or just use Internal RC.

Is it your first time ever using RC? If so, your firewall may be blocking the connection... I'd try disabling any firewall or antivirus software and then trying

How do I select my server using internal RC?
|
You can't. It connects you to whatever server the PW client is on.
I'd try what Thallen said, and let RC through any firewalls. |
Thanks for the help, but disabling my firewall didn't work. Is there any way to connect to my server using the graal client then starting the internal RC?
|
Once you're connected to your server, hit F6 to open internal RC.

Type the name of the server you want to logon, hit enter, and once logged onto the server press F6 to open internal RC. |
Also, just wondering: I haven't actually bought a server yet, but when I do will I be able to start working on it from the internal RC? Will it come with a name for me to connect to it?

I mean ya it's not exactly ideal buying a server, but straight up telling him not to do that without an explanation, is just gonna confuse him more lol

I don't think that the PC client is going to shut down because iAdmins need it to log in and because players buy their own server and give up 1month later, leaving it empty and not overloading the server. Profit!
