Rectify is a good team, but that depends on the bracket.
Though Aguzo and Brett are good GSers, might lose to Rectify. Or Brett has to destroy Primetime.

GTEAM is getting their team together, haven't really seen Entity practice.
GTEAM is good, but Chun or their aces are necessary if they want to beat Entity.

Alumni, one day they are gonna all come back and practice 24/7 until GST.
Not sure if there's any other team that's going to participate in mixed and stand a chance.

Primel no offense, but I've beaten every one of their 'aces' in siderooms.

For mixed, assuming the usual teams participate, Alumni will win, Blackout won't lose until they face Alumni, and other than that who knows. It really depends on the bracket. Last GST I feel like that if my team was on the opposite side of the bracket, we probably would have been favorites to go to the finals. Instead we lost in round 1, ahaha.

Mixed: 1. Alumni 2. Gteam 3. Blackout. Would've put primel but word goes out they're not going to do gst.

Is there any good idev teams? Are Rebellious/VIS/Elysian/Apostles doing idev? Haven't been keeping tabs on them. They're the only teams who I think stand a chance vs Alumni iDev(based on what I've seen in previous GSTs)...Haven't been on much to see their teams doe...

Rebellious isn't doing GST until the next tournament, which is in August.

3rd Vis ( not certain as they are missing fro and inco , and the people replacing them are not as good) or I've heard there is a all Japanese team which might give them a run for their money.
All depends on brackets, since a lot of noob guilds have already boosted to 7.5k plus it's hard to predict

I don't think anyone pays much attention to that now cause they know it's you and they know what you're doing. Go a different angle!

completely being honest i say its a toss up between Alumni/GTEAM/Rectify for 1st-3rd fine hate me idc I'm expressing my opinion! <3 but my reason for this is I've seen these 3 teams gs each other and other guilds not mentioned but i think this gst will be real fun and can be full of surprises hopefully! ;) gl all and most importantly have fun

Alumni is the only team that has beaten blackout, so yeah. Every time blackout has faced apostles/gteam? they win. In terms of skill it seems like it's alumni, then blackout, then rest.

Saying "rest", because gteam and apostles/war/rectify have been pretty even, and I think both have beaten each other during separate tourneys.

No idea what apostles' or blackout's lineup is, so things could be different, who knows.

Is the tourney this month or next month?

Don't remember blackout ever losing against anyone else.

When I was in war, never faced blackout. During blackout, faced apostles and won 2-1, in semis. Won the other 2-1 that was for 3rd place.

Alumni skipped a GST not too long ago. Me and Thallen did Deity GST instead. Don't think we faced you that one

blackout could've lost in 2015 fall gst. nobody recorded it so idk.

Don't really have a prediction because bracketing is just really flawed and that makes it pretty random in terms of placements
You probably can guess my opinion of what I think the strongest teams are

Won't be doing another GST after this one unless there is some huge incentive coming with the new system, or if they plan on only hosting a single GST then I'd probably do that

how can they make it unflawed?

It's not really worth talking about fixing now because a lot of stuff is going to change soon that will likely affect it anyway
Just for reference though, last season Alumni half-assed our points and we were given the only easy bracket we've ever had

Replace us with another lower-quality team and the finals would be a joke, so that's what I'm talking about in terms of it being awkward to predict placements

Once for 3rd place, when I was in war gst. We won 2-0.
Finals were alumni vs blackout. 3-1

Not that gteam has faced blackout, but during a tourney apostles/war beat gteam, and advanced to semis. Blackout beat apostles 2-1.

Not sure "if A team can beat B team, and B team can beat C team, then A team can beat C team."

ahh yes that was the first time we didn't have maxy much sad day and yes war did beat us i wouldn't say thats accurate description though because we got on 1 day before gst but they won fair and in square so no excuses
