Been following this cool little game for a while and I'm super hyped that it's finally going to be released very soon.

The devs are actually the same people who made Wayward Souls so ya'll can guess why I'm totally into this game.

It's a pretty cool roguelike, survival, zombie dungeon hunter with a lot of neat little RPG features.

There are tons of hilarious easter egg characters that all are unique in their own way.

Oh and you can play as a dog.

So there's that.

This game is going to be for PC at first but later on ported to mobile so that's pretty ****ing sweet.

This game is inaccurate
The main character shouldn't be able to shoot the zombies because that wouldn't be nice!

It's rather reminiscent of Enter the Gungeon, another rogue esque dungeon crawler that I am currently playing. Looks interesting!

Shameless bump, the game just came out for iOS after decades of waiting.

Awesome! I've seen pb and Jeff play and really wanted to but I don't have a computer powerful enough.
But it looks like I can get it on my phone now :p

also why is this game so hard

got it simply because a zombie killing game aha, quite like it just wish that you could autosave at any time because first few trys I literally had barely any good weapons(no guns) and got forced into a siege when in low health anyway so died aha, at times feel the controls are sluggish aswell hopefully make it more fluid.. It's great we can create our own characters and use different traits :) And by the looks of it they going to be updating game alot with different stuff kinda what pushed me to buy it.

I'm not sure there will ever be an iOS game worth $8 and they say they're raising the price a $1 with each major update lol.

Would buy it & try it if it were $2 but $8 is just a ripoff for iOS games.

The steam version is 10 dollars and they're basically identical.

Square Enix charges 10+ dollars for their Final Fantasy ports I don't see how it's a "ripoff".

This game actually took time and effort to make unlike most of the **** you see on the AppStore so its only fair that they charge more for a quality product.

This game isn't nearly as hard as Wayward Souls.

Seriously, that game changes how you perceive difficulty.

The game should auto save when you close the app.

I have wayward souls, yes it's hard but imo they're harder in their different ways. Wayward souls has a ton of enemies that can chip you down and some pretty bs boss fights.

It has nothing to do with how good of a game it is to be honest. It would probably be worth $10 on PC but not on iOS because I (and most people) don't game enough on their phones to make it worth $8. It's about the platform, not the game itself.

Phone gaming is a more than viable platform, it's beyond disappointing to see how some of these so called "developers" constantly keep mobile gaming at such a low standard.

It's because of this there is the stigma that mobile games aren't worth more when in reality, a good mobile game can be equally worth as much a a good console game.

You got games like Oceanhorn, Chaos Rings and Wayward Souls that could easily fit into the PC or console market but instead are found only on mobile.

It's just that the market is oversaturated to the brim in worthless filler crap and it just keeps the bar low and makes people uneasy about spending more money on good mobile games.

Games are what make consoles good in the first place. You can't expect mobile gaming to surpass console or PC games when there is just so much useless crap shoved in your face.

Finally finished a run after countless tries. I also had a tree branch in my trunk for some reason and when the dog poop/lunchbox event came up, the branch came up as an option. It said I unlocked the true ending which gave me a good chuckle. Game is good overall and has a lot of replay value.

The ending is the best part of the game.
I cannot take that many canda jokes at one time

Especially the Eh-Zer Blast. The last horde was easy compared to the last siege. I was still scared when I saw thousands of the zombies come after me and I was trapped right at the border. I thought I was gonna lose at the very last stage, till the giant robot game from out of nowhere.

You know what would be a great game?
A Canada simulator where it's Canada BUT with free speech.
Would sell like hot cakes.

Right before I reached the border the road split open into a huge chasm.

My options were to GUN IT, slam on the breaks, or bail.

I chose GUN IT.

3 of my group members went down along with the car. The only survivor was the dog.

If you like the devs of Wayward Souls, you should also try Mage Gauntlet
