What to Get?
So I have GTA V, MW3, MW2, BO2, COD 4, and Advanced Warfare. I play the old COD games, so does anybody know which COD game I should get that I don't have? And if you were to say Black Ops 3, please explain.
Thanks  |
Honestly BO3 isn't that bad.
I just started playing it last week (even though I bought the game on release, just never played.) And it is actually really fun once you get the hang of the new boosting feature. I just quickscope though, so nothing else. :P |
I really like BO3. I wouldn't say it's better than MW1, WAW, BO1 and BO2 though but it is an enjoyable COD. The specialists aren't annoying as I'll thought it would be, the guns all feel balanced, and the scorestreaks are good. However, I really am not fond of the maps. It's not that they're not good, they just feel average. Look at BO1 and maps like Firing Range and Nuketown. We had epics like Raid and Standoff in BO2. The only map really memorable for me in BO3 is Combine and that's basically because it used to be voted for 24/7 until the patch hit that limited map voting. So overall, I do recommend BO3. It's way better than AW and Ghosts.

Just stop getting cod games please that just makes the developers want to make more and i think we have enough of them

Bo3 i like the different abilities you can have, and customization( the dab and the new animations are stupid) and its very balanced all guns seem to be able to take each other out fairly well. The scorestreaks are alright although the raps is annoying. My only issue is that players seem to only play TDM and some Dom other lists are empty or dead with 0% players on them. |
A life.

Stop playing call of duty. Start playing battlefield or the millions of other better fps' that simultaneously are better also.

Bo3 really isn't a bad game TBH.
I played it a bit with my friend and I think its a lot better than Advanced Warfare which wasn't even bad either. But yeah, I do prefer the Battlefield games over CoD. I guess they both appeal to different kinds of players. Being in a somewhat realistic modern battlefield setting is super cool to me but just doublejumping over people with shotguns and laser rifles isn't. I say try out a Battlefield game. If you don't like it then just return it and buy something else. |
Going to add on to my post. With the recent nonsense of COD points and supply drops, BO3 is still worth getting. Just don't spend your money on the Seasons Pass or COD points as both are a waste. The Season Pass owners got dunked on since they were promised more content than maps and that content went into the supply drops. While some weapons are under performing, there are a few that are considered OP. Looking at the likes of the Shadowclaw and Marshal 16 since both weapons are secondarys and are great secondaries at that. I'm looking forward to the new DLC maps as the supply drop weapons really don't phase me since I mostly run Kuda/VMP/KN-44/XR-2/Argus.

There is this sandbox game called "Minecraft" I find the graphics very appealing.

You just have to look for more. Yes CoD is decent but there is so many better games. If you want to have vehicles and bigger maps, then battlefield would be a place to start, then you have games like Halo what isn't too bad. Its really up to preference, and you could probably find youtube videos of 'Top 10 fps games' showing off gameplay. |
