(Made this thread because many of these topics are posted and spammed daily why not have one big thread containing them all)

1. When its at a low player count the server's performance is stable. But when it climbs to 3k+ it becomes unstable. I hope the server gets an upgrade whereas it can hold 10K players just to be safe.

2. The current event system varies. Admins can choose to use warps or not. Preferable it'd be best to implement an Event House with a shop inside that is purchasable through event points or keep the usual hats.

3. From other threads, I really liked the party chats and have it be excluded from the guild restriction. Could have a limitation for how many can be in a party chat.

4. If they can scrap the horse stables or renovate it to have Jousting that be a great way to increase productivity. I made a thread about Jousting and it can have the same rules applied with sparring but literally on mounts. Also the War Room in the Arena should have a function and not just an open space.

5. They should have a Stone Age/Dinosaur themed store.

6. no comment (all-time will be lost lol)

7. They should add more since most but not all have collected them all. Hell I wouldn't mind receiving a ribbon for participating.

8. Towering needs to be renovated. I pray DW and Swamp get demolished. They should have a point system in placed and if you have a certain amount of points you are qualified for a prize.

It's laggy but I don't think there are any server related issues that anyone who isn't unixmad can fix atm

Can be improved I guess but it gives everyone their best chance at participating so it shouldn't be a priority

It's fine IMO, wish there were more guild-related activities though but I mean we already have GS and towering

I like what they're doing with small updates to the player customization, would be nice to be able to sort through hats a little easier I guess

Honestly fine as it is, most people don't even play for the prizes but rather for the title as winner of a GST (or, in most cases of guilds, the prize room), they should stick with the current theme

I think they should increase the amount of hours needed to get a 1k hat or just remove it completely; 5k and 10k are fine as they are

1. Could be better, honestly though my wifi is terrible anyways, sometimes I freeze for a solid 10 seconds.

2. More events!! I'd love to see new events and them hosted much more often, they're way too much fun to be hosted at the rate they are currently. :(

3. Hmm. I think the new update is good, but I do miss the tags I had just for the sake of the guild names.

Needs to have more events, needs to have more events being hosted, needs to have a better prize system (event points, event coins, something), event queues need to favor players who have played the game longer because it's dumb to have players with 30 minutes in an event when they'll never come back to Graal

They're fine, GS will be fine when guilds are fixed, would like to see the "solo queue" style random GS ranking implemented

1. The server is fine below 3000 players, but anything higher than that it begins to get laggy.

2. I think there should be an Events Galore once a week, where a bunch of events are hosted. Events have been rarely hosted nowadays, and with a small chance of actually getting into an event with the queue system, so I think the Events Galore would help more people get into events.

3. The guild system is good, maybe you could add a small group chat for a guild so that towering leads can talk together privately without having to meet up in a certain place.

4. There are a lot of houses that players barely go to. Maybe you could do a small delivery quest in which you would have to deliver something to a certain building. If you succeed, you would earn a fixed amount of gralats, and you would be able to do this daily.

5. Maybe a tropical rainforest theme would be good.

6. Honestly, I haven't been paying much attention to the leaderboards, so I have no answer for this question.

7. The GST rewards are good, but if you have all the GST prizes, maybe you could get a special item the next GST after getting your last GST item.

8. I think the towering rewards are good, but maybe you could have a small reward at 500 hrs to encourage guilds to keep going to 1k.


I recall Revolution having a dinosaur theme back in 2013

1. The lag issue has been like this for years so I actually don't mind playing in it but I wouldn't mind a server upgrade.

2. They should allow more people to enter events than what it already allows, do multiple events at the same time so more people can participate, or just stick with events like hide & seek/riddles/questionnaires so that everyone gets the opportunity to play. It doesn't have to be an all-day thing.

3. I like it the way it is.

4. Guild house improvements.. adding different levels/designs to them. Disabling queue button for anyone who enables VPN. Adding a global chat so that I can spam it. Remove the adoption center, and put CTF in that area. Replace the baby head with a new girl head. Lock people's gender in after they verified their accounts. Fix the idevice/android freeze. Add a cute girly shop that sells bows/headbands/wings/girl bodies/heads into one of the unused buildings. Add more character limit to statuses so that we can express more in our statuses. Or just change the codes to be shorter so we don't have to waste our characters by writing extra stuff like "body background" when we could just type in [bg]white[/bg].

5. Since we all love the adoption center, I wouldn't mind seeing a baby theme ;). I've liked all of the Nexus themes for the past few years so I'd leave that to the staffs.

6. It's whatever. The only thing I like about the leaderboards is that they're all in one section now.

7. I like the GST prizes the way that they are.

8. I agree with CM. The reward hours need to be higher. It takes like 1-2 months to get a 1k hat nowadays.

Adding on:

- 1K does not take 1-2 months unless you have a well organized and dominant guild, rough estimate for average players (3-4 months). Reason not many attempt to 5K or 10K because it is extremely time consuming. They should downsize it to 1K (hat) - 3K (gif hat) - 5K (1p/2p mount).

- They should add a quest in Big City's volcano or add an underground town within in.

A. Good-ish, I live so close by that im barely effected unless the player count is above 3.7k.

A. Not bad, with most hosting It'd work fine. Would like to see some more "fun" events hosted, instead of chance.

Still want the pk board to be kills minus deaths. Not counting when you are killed by a baddy or in a spar.

LOVE the new guild system. Hope for more things for guilds to do with each other(quests and ctf). Hope for a new guild house system. I like thallen's family idea.

Quests menu. More quests. Better event system. More uploading options. More ways of making gralats. More daily jobs/quests. Making dramatic changes to the towns and the Map itself rather then making it bigger.

Prizes are fine hope they don't change. It's not about the hat to sparers who care for the competition.

A: I haven't been having a lot of trouble lately, but last week I crashed multiple times on pc and my phone, and I know that a lot of people have it worse.

Q: What are your thoughts on the events system and how can it be improved?

A: I really like some people's idea of adding an events area, kind of like the one in era, where events were NPC - hosted on a regular basis. Maybe there would be many different types of events, and you'd need a certain amount of hours to unlock harder ones. There could be a points system, where you get awarded a certain amount of points for each event you win: a harder event means more points. Those points could then be traded in for prizes.

Q: What are your thoughts on the current guild system and how can it be improved?

A: I honestly don't use guilds that much except to talk to multiple friends at once, so it doesn't pose any problems for me atm. Except, maybe there could be some sort of mute option for allied guilds, if they're spamming a lot atm, but you don't want to unally them?

A: I think I've been giving my ideas per question when I see fit so...

A: Santa's workshop (winter nexus??)

A: I'd like to see the all time board re-implemented, but otherwise I like it.

A: Again, other people's ideas like a points system so you don't get scammed out of a hat. Again, I don't really tower so it's not very applicable for me.

I'd say it isn't up to par as it used to be. Maybe because of more players, I don't know. However it tends to really lag a lot now'days, in which case prevents me from sparring as frequently as I used to. Thus making my time on the game less enjoyable.


What are your thoughts on the events system and how can it be improved?
I personally have events turned off. I'm going to be one of those players and say "I liked the way it used to be" because its true. I'm talking before the 'off switch' for event messages, when they'd just announce a random event out of the blue and everyone would come running. I understand why it was implemented, I just don't like it.


What are your thoughts on the current guild system and how can it be improved?
I'm honestly fine with the way it is, it doesn't need changing or fixing; unless someone else has an awesome idea. Otherwise, no improvement needed.


What future improvements and changes would you like to see implemented?
I can't think of them right off the top of my head, but i'll come back and edit this part when I remember or think of some changes that could possibly help improve Graal.

I think it was improved compared to how it used to be. However, like some other players I would have to agree on keeping the all-time leader board as well.

Honest opinion on the state of the current GST prizes?
Not a huge fan of them. The shading and detail are great, but they don't make me want to fight for them. They're just too boring, they don't sell themselves or stand out. More or less they're something I see being sold in stores instead of being prizes.

Never had a problem with the tower awards, I like the way it is. Of course if someone comes up with an amazing idea i'm down, otherwise it's fine.

What do you think of the new Leader boards so far and how can they be improved?
The idea of having seasonal ldrboards is good motivational thing for the players who are starting out/going for goals.

The bad thing is you've forgot all your history bar certain bits(can see only first 12guilds to 1k[isn't exactly reliable]) You can only see who was top1 pker and bker at certain period(not seeing anymore) yet can see who got 10k/20ketc sparrers.

How to improve: re-add the alltime leaderboard for them wanting to go above most/every player/guild out there OR if not readding alltime one then show leaderboard of like top20/top50 of who ended up where in guild/player leaderboards at the time they scrapped the alltime ldrbds.

Rest is irrelevant to me as idc about hats/prizes etc just would like to see history preserved on the server.

-i really like they to improve the ban system to prevent an unfairly ban and in the events they can have more themes and different types of prizes. And also add more mobs and more things being droped by them. Heh add the nickname on top of the head for those who want it :3

1. The server is piss poor it's complete garbage it seems even worse than it used to be at 3500 - 4000. The server is awful it will never get any better unless somebody kicks Unixmad up the arse he's a criminal he does nothing for us whatsoever. He's a greedy money robbing scum bag that needs to get his **** together and sort this mess out its gonna continue to get a lot laggier. Just hang out at balamb bar there's new PLAYERS EVERYDAY (there's also a big gathering of Brazilian players I have no idea why) there needs to be something ASAP!

2. Events are meh and a clusterfok for the server it brings it to its knees. I haven't participated in an event for a few years now the last event I did I think was a hide and seek so yeah.

3. It's ok 6 or 7 guilds and I'd be happy.

4. A better server L0L and full access to the whole map even if areas are unfinished (we're used to unfinished stuff being left there and suddenly deleted).

3. We'll see what happens; still assuming the guild system gets more updates soon.
But heres a few of my ideas:

• -Limit number of guilds any player can join [check]
• -Increase guild capacity (35? 50?)
• -Limit the number of members per guild allowed to enter any one tower (8-ish?; different towers can have different limits for both attacking guilds and defending guilds)
• -Have different tiers of membership rank/status
  • +Guild Owner (1) same abilities as current. However, the owner is not able to disband, rename, or transfer ownership of the guild.
  • +Guild Leaders (5-7 max) have same 4 powers; can only be kicked by the owner, or a majority vote. In case the Owner is inactive, current Leaders can elect new leaders by majority vote.
  • +Members- to become a full-time member, you have to be active and loyal to the guild for "x" amount of time.
  • +New Recruits- after the guild already has 15-20 members, only 3-5 spots are open for new recruits. To recruit more people, your current recruits must be loyal enough to move up to full membership, or kick them.
• -possible idea- If a guild has less than 3 active members ("active" defined as online and on tag within the last 90 days), the guild will go into lapse. This means the guild cannot participate in any guild-related activities while in lapse. The guild will not be deleted, but to get out of lapse, you need to have 3+ active members again.
• -possible idea- Each guild must designate its purpose: "Towering and PK," "Spar and Guild Spar," "Social/Other" (<~initial default setting). Players are only allowed to join one "Tower/PK" guild, and one "Spar/GS" guild; to encourage/enforce loyalty. Only "Tower/PK" guilds are able to take tower flags. Only "Spar/GS" guilds can enter GST.

Make upgrading the server #1 priority. All players from different parts of the globe cannot withstand it. Once this server itself reaches 3K+ (currently at 4K) players it starts to bug out. Don't know why it's so hard to just make multiple channels like how other games have or simply upgrade it. Lots of disconnections, lots of warping, screen freezes, a bit of everything.

Why not suggest creating new subforums to group these topics instead? I mean, there's already the future improvements subforum.
