Also if wanting to promote yourself

It's pretty simple logic. Random hats. When did i say i was an admin, random hats is random hats. If there was a palate that would be enlisted on the thread, but wait! There isn't.

Hats made my admins that are ugly will be a bit more expensive than ugly player hats
Good hats made by admins will be almost like buying a gun.
Oh and we haven't said about manager hats! Now now how expensive can it get! Well since it's easy to get money and no one cares about the poor people that bases all dy and doesn't have time to get money. You can sell your soul for hats! Great deal!

As long as it looks good you don't need the palette. The palette is just there as a guideline on what types of colors to use, no bright colors etc just dull looking ones

Didn't you save the palate when Ale or other admins gave us the palate on the older GFX competition?

You can use the palette if you want.
