Nice update, I think it's cool but if I had to change one thing, I'd have different leaderboards for PC and iDev, but that's just my opinion

Question: Why were All-Time scores removed for (PK, BK, Guild Fort)?


Overall, I like this new system. Pretty unique

Regarding the spar leaderboard, Do the top 3 highest rating or wins get rewarded? I suppose rating but making sure.

It'll be rating but I can't imagine there being a huge difference between wins and rating in a season.

This new update with removing total scoreboard, disrespects the achievements of top tower guilds and top pkers. It erases an important component to the game which is the preservation of Graal history. Why do that to guilds that worked long and hard to reach the top of scoreboard. You are now feeding the PK boosters and hat chasing disposable guilds. Bring back total scoreboard.

Only reason I pk'ed was to be on the scoreboards. I was ranked #24 all time now I am unnoticeable.

Edit: Remove Weekly and add All-Time

Same this really ruins everything, All time list was a hugr motivation...

Is it still the same rating system from the last leader-board...or is this one more skill based and less activity based.

Give us our history back and respect to all time achievements. Add a total scorebard.

Yeah.... I like it but it would be nice to see the all time best in each category.

I was #2 before the leaderboard change with about 20k pts, now I've got 3400 and the players who had less than me have higher pts. How does this work?

I think the data capturing for this might have started a little after the season (maybe a week) but I'm not sure, fp4 will know.

love it, but I have a couple of questions:
• why don't you get punished anymore for losing GS points?
• how are the GST brackets going to be determined with the new leaderboard?

Dang GS got changed too? That sucks I actually liked the GS leaderboard system. But yeah...how are brackets determined now? Will it be like 1-->32 etc. in seasonal leaderboard?

Highly approve, this is much more like what I had originally suggested when I myself asked for a leaderboard change
Not sure how I feel about the GS leaderboard, considering it essentially just encourages you to spam recruit to your tag... which is the opposite of the point of seeding an actual team for the GST

I don't think that the guild spar was changed.

In leaderboards I see different points for guilds during this season than when I search the guilds up...I'm confused.

Probably this and he forgot to change the profile points value to reflect the new data system.

It changed, I'd actually like it more this way if there was a way to prevent people from just spam-recruiting on total bull**** tags

Yeah

That scoring style can work for singles, but in GS it definitely just encourages people to spam random recruits
But then again, towering has been doing that for the past 6 years...

Yeah, which is a shame because GS leaderboard was the only one that was actually good...I don't think it suites the style for the new one...Could we possibly have the GS leaderboard reverted but all the other leaderboards remain the same?

Just need to change the way it uses points for that board if necessary.

If they ever implement the one guild system then it'll pretty much be perfecto.

Ya, if there was a system in place to regulate guild recruiting then honestly either leaderboard would work fine for GSing
I hope some part of the leaderboard reward will be permanent, as it's seasonal and a 3-month trophy item probably won't be a big motivator for many people

UI perspective it looks great, easy to navigate. I am curious to how each one works but great job on this. Data capture definitely started late for sparring but oh well

Alright boys, we need to restore order in the side rooms now that the leaderboard has changed up and rewards are being offered
Good sparrers need to start using them again and queuing freely

99% chance I start sparring in the side rooms to make this a faster and more convenient experience for myself, so if you want 100+ points per win then you can tag along
I'm also open to first-to-100 series in the PC room, the moment you start complaining is when I walk out though

Make a huge temple or anything in Graal City to mention top 100 Lists

We cannot do 'All Time' leaderboards with the new content unless the 'All Time' period starts from today onwards. The old data contributed to a single flat value and cannot be filtered. As we have no intention of running two separate scoreboard systems it's either one or the other, and this is way more competitive. The old data will be displayed somewhere though.

An unsung side effect of the new scoreboards (not ideal, but it works) is that players from foreign countries can now find other players to talk to through filtering the scoreboards. I recommend the PKing board, it's the most accessible.

Agreed with Rufus, the leaderboards should reflect recent and relevant data to incentivize competition in sparring, PKing, BKing, etc. I don't think the all-time leaderboard really does that. I do agree that all-time lists should be displayed somewhere, just to appreciate those players, but not on a leaderboard.

I dont like the new leaderboards, cause the "All Time" got removed and I always look that everyday :/

Nice I like it very clean but 100% pointless if there is still no end of season incentive being announced or being planed.
