no you moron "09 players" there were no guilds in 2009 and people walked around with clans in their names, such as: Sage, Kurza, GoD, The hollows. only one of those is a guild today. sorry to break it to you but The Snow Assassins (who i have the 1k hat for) was made in 2010, and everyone who claims they were playing in 2009 then starts naming guilds actually started in 2010.

^ i still remember the days of bracketed clans, and i started in 10. iclassic released in dec 09 so shoutout to all the fake "09 players" who treat that one month as if it were an entire year.

At what point was the guild system released? I joined in around September 2010 and I remember seeing a mix of both the brackets and real guilds so it couldn't have been super old could it?

version history shows some guild logo uploading problem fix with the ios4 update in july 2010, so i'd say it's a while before that, i'm giving it a feb-may timeframe

Haven't done it in years, but i believe you just view your apps from itunes and it will tell you the date you first downloaded it

just tried to find what date i downloaded it and am completely clueless, but i checked dinosmash's release date and can now confirm that i've been part of this community since may 2009, since i was playing battle online for a few weeks before dinosmash's release!!! shoutout dinosmash, rest in peace.

idk if you're trying to list both guilds and clans or just clans but i'm assuming just clans in which case:

SiB is a guild and was not a clan, since SiB does not really stand for Stained in Blood but Sage is Back, effectively making it like Sage 2.
The Snow Assassins was never a clan but a towering guild led by master li's very own, fatal.
unsure about this one but i don't think Sky Birds was a clan but maybe eventually a guild, tyler/hermes was a member of the Sage clan for as long as i can remember.

don't really remember the others besides those i previously listed, alpha dragons does look familiar though as does bandits and yoggsaron. have never seen thief before and didn't know jesus freaks was anything but a building.

SiB used to be around before guilds as a clan actually. It was pretty much an exclusive group for the top PKers.

Sky Birds was a clan for the top Sparrers. Pretty much like another SiB

Pretty sure Snow Assassins was just a guild yeah but there were a few people around who used the tag Jesus Freaks or Jesus Saves (named after the house) but i remember both more as a guild rather than a clan like AKG and Pulse

no, Sage was there first, i know this for a fact because the first Sage members were my friend group of dinosmash players who had just transferred over to graal, including iggy(leader), majora, seek, find, etc. SiB wasn't ever a clan but just Sage resurfacing in guild form. i was in the Sage clan and the SiB guild.

basically something like this:

Sage as a place of origin ---> died out and guilds became a thing ---> SiB (Sage is Back) and i guess Sky Birds led by tyler/hermes (Sage).
