Maybe he didn't understood what Trial GP's are. Just in case:
Trial GP's are getting hired by Matt now. It's new that system. They give them limited rights and "test" them if they can handle their job good. If not they won't be hired and they aren't trial GP's anymore. If they do good they keep the job and get the full GP rights. I like that new system.

Actually, the last time I counted before I was banned two thousand hours I had added up thirty GP's.

Most Trial GP´s are just annoying and abusing. Like today jUNe... (KFC) (admin?) was running around and killing people like 10 minutes. Honestly tritton is right. We don´t need any more GP´s. In case you guys get more GP´s because you think you don´t have enough online, get people from other countrys. Just getting Americans won´t get the night watched.

We actually do need a lot...you'd be surprised at how many reports we get and how many mishaps we have to deal with...

I believe you but do you actually need 30+ GP´s? Get more dev´s instead of GP´s. Maybe I just got a good timing but when I reported someone and archon was on he was able to contact me right after 5 mins to ask about it.

They just get report spams saying ' He stole my gralats' half of the time ...

People which didn´t knew that you can lock gralats.

if u take my gralats i make it personal so u better lock ur door

calm down. its virtual money, just lock it, there is no way to steal them,its server side, if you would feel more comfortable if you knew the specifics then ask twinny.

Someone was saying they found a code to unlock the gralats with Cheat engine...

you guys don't listen to reports. 99% of the reports i've claimed, NONE of them were addressed. if you're gonna hire useless GP's, don't hire at all.

also, about 90% of the staff members have PM's to friends only, which is a BIG problem.
just because you're staff, doesnt make you better than anyone.

Agreed. If you are ****ed by the noobs than you are not worth it. In the moment you apply you should know that this will come to you. If you have it on randomly it´s fine but not 24/7. Sure they are hired as GP and not FAQ but you don´t have to answear questions just reports. When players are offending than warn them.
Would prefer that more than just abusing / idling around

A filter would help that they would get spam!

By not answearing or warning in Status that they will get blocked would help.

But is a gp supposed to block players?

if they get spammed, of course. you're harrasing a staff member, which could give you 25 to life without the chance of parole :(

It´s ok. If you warn them before. Else they still get the reports VIA the report feature.

in my opinion the server needs more scripters and gfx...but i think its cool how people are now being given a chance to become an admin.

they need to remove all of the gps. they do a ****ty job. (I admit I was a terrible one too)
They ban players for poor reasons like stealing in the 2k hour place, getting stuck because of lag, and much more. In addition, they just stand around and show off "giving hugs" and spamming superbombs. I saw 3 or so gps the other day all riding horses in loops around graal city and like 50 people were following them, causing massive client lag. In addition, they ip banned a hacker I knew but didn't even local ban.(he's unbanned anyways now, don't worry.)

If they don't remove the gps, they should at least remove the ones under 18 and put up an age requirement.

It´s not always the age. I know a lot people which are under 18 and which could do a great job as GP (Not only because they are friends). Anyway people can´t proof how old they are and not many people want to send in pictures (could get faked anyway by older brother/sister or internet).

Ok a lot of you guys are complaining about the GPs and how they deal with things. I dont really see the problem here. First of all, i agree with you guys on most parts staff aren't always the best but why does it matter at all. You guys are playing a game on your iPhones so what if the staff don't live up to your expectations there are much more important things to complain about.

Guys i think Diz is right. It seriously cant be easy to be an admin. I believe we need more and good gps.

Whats with a few europeans when we'r playing are no admins online wow...

I do agree we need mre gfxers and what not. And the GP sounds right seeing how many players there actually are ingame. Yes i also agree they need more admins from worldwide and what not, but that is not the fault of Matt. Only those in america seem to apply. If others from over the world applied, they may get a chance! Its them not applying that means most admins are american! Btw stefan is french despite his profile pic saying otherwise xD.

Only eurocenter is in french idk why than germany has better servers...

Meh i was close and to the most part, to common players it seems that most that do are american or live in america.
