Would it hurt to bring back CTF..I really enjoyed playing it when it was there, if not put it somewhere where alot of the general population stay at, maybe near the battle arena or in it, I know the old CTF was kinda ****ty but i liked it.

I never played it much because back around the time it was open 50 gralats was a lot for me. I wish I played it more before they closed it down.

It would probably die out to 2-3 players total after a month like last time.

It's probably not high on the list of priorities.

If it was brought back it would definitely need a better reward system to encourage people to keep playing even after a month.

As dusty said not that long ago, the ctf need to be rescripted to ensure that there aren't any abuse such as pk boosting.
And since it isn't one of the most important thing to do right now, I don't think we'll get ctf back for a while.

Tbh I don't see why so many people give CTF importance .When it used to be open barely anyone played it anyways or even talked about it ( from what I used to see ) , however now that it's gone people want it back ?...

It was a fun thing to do from time to time, not on a daily basis.

I completely agree, i loved playing CTF. Now there is not all that much to do because theres no other games/gamemodes as such.

If you're lucky, you can join the queue for admin events, and York town does have horse racing for free. If you win, you receive 500 gralets, and there's archery, sparring, and crab chance is destiny. Try one of them if could maybe be as fun as ctf or even better.

I do miss CTF it just gave you another fun thing to do when you didn't feel like sparring/pking/towering/whatever

If you put it that way, the bottom line would be that the mechanism for CTF shouldn't permit boosting anyway. In the past, I've accidentally DoS'd a database server at work because I was testing a very large query. The response from the sysadmins was that it was their fault and that they should have accounted for the possibility. With Graal you've got primarily volunteer developers, and it's not fair to hold them accountable for things they don't know how to implement and are not paid to implement. When someone tries voluntarily, and it doesn't work out, don't hold it against them.

Has nothing to do with the mechanics of CTF, but a bug with the Graal client.
