The Ol' West Levels Team is looking for Levels Artists!
Howdy! Lately we've been taking on some fairly big projects and are short of hands, so we need your help! I'm ideally looking to add 2-3 LAT's to the team possibly more. So if you're a Levels Artist that takes your time and makes quality levels, you might be just what we are looking for here in Ol' West! If so, take some time out of your day and fill out an application. I'm excited to see some new faces on the team and can't wait to see what you guys come up with. Notes:
-You have to have made the levels and filled the application out 100% by YOURSELF.
-If you are caught using somebody else's levels then both applicants will be automatically disqualified and loose the chance to be hired as a LAT on Ol' West.
-Future updates discussed by the team are restricted information and if you were to leak anything while you are hired. It can and will lead to your removal from the team.
-As apart of the Development Team interactions with Players are no required. If someone asks you for help, you may refer them to an online deputy.
-We are not looking for duel server staff, but exceptions may be made depending on the situation.
-You will be contacted back if you are accepted.

Let's say your hired. Are LAT members obligated to work on projects assigned by higher staff or can they individually work on a project of their own if permission is given.

You can do both. You can make your own private levels for fun whenever you want (meaning it can be for testing purposes like scripts or other things.) Or you can get permission to start on things that could be released to the public.

Let's find out if I am worthy, not sure if hirings still open.

Can't get the tileset working. Have tried using in Graal official editor and gonstruct. Just doesn't work :(

And should i use the top or bottom tileset

You will have to use both. The first one "tileset_olwest_application_inside.png" is to make your inside levels and the other "tileset_olwest_application_outside.png" is for your outside levels.

What if I'm incredibly overqualified? Can I apply for insta-server admin or LAT admin?

For that to happen you would actually have to be incredibly overqualified:).

Is there any LATs in Ol'west, I found most type of staff except LATs :o

Do I have to be a LAT admin to make levels for the game?

Orange is the head LAT admin and the only other one ATM we have I believe is Daimao

I usually message orange whenever I find a bug for androids or for all devices if you find any message him like examples are(glitching threw walls, signs not showing, anything you shouldn't be able to do basically lol, etc.)

Daimao is cool to if orange isn't on or if he's busy message him also daimao if you see this your olive panda head still being worked on lol.

No, you do not need to be on the Levels Team to make levels for our server. If anybody wants a chance to contribute their own stuff to Ol' West, they can send it into the email provided in the application. There's no guarantee the stuff people send in will be used and if it is used it may be tweaked to fit our liking for the server.

Oh how I wish graal editor was updated. Tbh graal editor is stone age with barely any updates and with poorly designed system. If they updated to be more use friendly i would probably apply again.


Rpg maker has a simple, basic way to make levels. Thats where I make my levels and they are gr8 m8. Graal please make it gr8

Why are you having a hard time adding them? Or what's wrong with them?

Well first of make sure they are in the "Tiles" folder, you can put them in there by right clicking on the Graal application then hit "Open File Location" then folders will pop up, Double click the "Levels" folder and once you're in there you will see the "Tiles" folder. Double click that and tilesets will pop up, Drag the Ol West tiles into there. If it's still not working after that remove the tiles from the folder and save them as an 8bit then re-add them to the "Tiles" folder.

i did add the tiles to the right folder but it still wouldnt work, is it cuz im working on graal editor for win10?
