Removing guilds due to being inactive.
 

Hello guys this is my first thread and I am writing this after trying so hard to get my guild back.
I am sorry if I am not supposed to post these stuff on this forum but this is going to be my last try in getting my guild back..

I have been playing graal for a really really long time (started around december 2009 with an iphone 3) but I decided to take a break 3 years ago because I was busy with in real life stuff. But i still logged in graal time to time to chat with friends or to check messages. One day (like 2months ago?) I decided to come back to graal and there was a notification saying "Your guild has been removed due to being inactive" and they returned 2000 gralats. Right after I saw this message, I was incredibly mad since I worked really hard in that guild. Guild had 150+ fort hours (I know this is little compared to other guilds with like 1000 hours.. but this 150 hours was the results of 3 friends and I back in the day..)

I decided to just give up in my guild and start a new one. So i was thinking of a new cool guild name. In the process of thinking a new name, I noticed there are sooo many guilds with cool name that has been inactive for 2+years. (like the leader didnt login for 700+ days) Then this is when i started to wonder... why would graal keep a guild with 0 fort hour, and remove a guild with 150+ fort hours?..

So heres my actual question.. How does graal decide which guilds to remove and which guilds to keep? I dont think theres specific days of inactivity since I had 4guilds and 3 were removed but my last one is not removed when that one was WAYY more inactive than my guild with 150 hours..
Are there ANY ways to get my guild back or did i just lose it forever?
And If i did lose my guild forever, I want to know why Graal only returns 2000 gralats? I used 4000 in total with the guild (creating guild + buying allies)

This is the list of the guilds i had
I U - 150+ fort hours (this guild is my main guild) REMOVED
IU - 0 fort hours (i noticed this name is now taken...) REMOVED
bGt - had like 10+ fort hours? (honestly cant remember but i dont care about this guild) REMOVED
UpGrade - had like 24 hours ( also dont care about this guild.) REMOVED
Last Fantasy - like 10min, this guild was the most inactive guild and it is NOT REMOVED

remaking guild with same name does not give you back fort hours and the 2000 gralats i just lost with the allies thing.

They announced at some point that they will start to remove any inactive guilds, regardless of the accomplishment or if its a guild meant for a legacy. They removed my old second guild 'Kill Wall Sparrers' without telling me so I had to save my friends guild called 'KiD' by guild sparring with it. So if you do recover the guild or make a new one, just make sure somebody in the guild goes on tag and guild spar once awhile or take a tower even for 0.01 hrs. Per month maybe

Then i would like to know why they havent removed Last Fantasy. I never ever sparred on that guild nor took towers. Oh and i never wore tag. rofl

Can you stop spreading your stupidity in my thread? I know everyone in my Last Fantasy guild was also in my other guilds cus i only recruited friends. There are only 14 players in LF and most of them didn't login for 1+ year meaning noone used the guild to make it active again.

Hey man can you not use the word autistic as a retaliation? There are many other words to use, just be careful on what you type or say. Anyway yeah I can understand, seems like they are selectively removing guilds. There is a guild called Chi by LaiChi and its not deleted yet and was created 2010 with no one ever using its tag.

Ok, i guess autistic was too harsh and i shouldve not used it, my bad,, But i dont want and like random kid who posts "dont buy gralats pack" when it is not related to topic just to increase his posts count.

Anyway thanks for actually talking about the topic, i really wanna know how they decide which guild to remove,, they clearly are just selectively removing..

Np man, gl trying to retrieve it back. If not, can always make a new one and just redo it all while knowing there's a chance it can be removed if an admin spots inactivity.

Im pretty sure that guilds get removed if all members haven't used the tag in a certain amount of time.

Therefore to keep a guild from being deleted, just wear the tag at least once every 3-6 months to update the activity

The point of this thread is asking why his inactive guild doesn't get deleted when his active guild did. Read the thread before posting or acting like an idiot.

If every member had been inactive for 365 days your guild ill be gone
They do this so people can use the old names..

Dont quit or just recruit really active players.

i also wanted to make a thread about this.I had some cool guild names in mind but sadly all of them were taken like 3 years ago with all of their members off for 300+ days.I wonder if i send a ticket to toonslab,would they remove the guild...

My guild has been inactive since August 2014 and it hasn't been removed. It has 1000+ hours and I have no idea what's the guild score.

If a guild's roster has been offline for a year the guild is removed so the name can be used again. Not taking a tower or not guild sparring has nothing to do with it.

Yeah I do, but iFish wasnt there when it got announced so I put down the info here to answer the question

All I see is some guy complaining about losing a guild when he shouldve been aware of how guilds are taken care of when inactive. If it's the hours, he can get them back, considering he has done it before.

Have you actually read the post? The guy was asking a question of how inactive guilds are deleted because he was confused

I am not complaining about losing a guild. I am asking how they decide on removing the guild and if it is "possible" to recover and if not, why are they only refunding 50% of what i spent.

Does wearing tag for 1min count? If it does i am pretty sure i wore the tag once every 3-6months.

Look up the guild KiD. Most of the members havent been on for more than 4 years and yet it didnt get removed. I occasionally guild spar with the leader of KiD using its tag.. so it does base off activity

Yeah, it just takes 1 active member for the guild to not be removed. It is also an automatic process, there's no staff member actively going through guilds and deleting them.

Well maybe if the guild had allies you give the player 4000?

I lost so many guilds to this before I knew the conditions, and all but one of them were snatched up by someone else. Made me very sad.

Guilds with some type of achievement/that are on a leaderboard won't be deleted (I think).

He stated in the OP he had fort time on some guilds yet they still got deleted.

I've never heard of guilds with hours on them being deleted, and coincidentally the guilds of mine that had hours on them weren't deleted when the 3 in that support ticket were

Can you clarify 1 active member? As i mentioned earlier, i did set tag time to time. And if its an automatic system i am wondering why my last guild "Last Fantasy" is not removed. I swear i never wore tag and so as my members. I litterally made that guild 3 years ago, played it for 2weeks and never ever touched it again..

Yeah, I can confirm that iFish had a guild named IU with over 150 fort hours. I was in it for few months awhile back, then I got a habit of leaving guilds that weren't my main tag.

There's a same guild on Era, but Era IU wasn't deleted because of me. :)

Yea thanks :) also guild with 150+ hours was I U (with space in between I and U).
I also had IU (no space) on my alt account and that one was removed as well
