Considering doing a 1k
 

After I finish Wounded 1k I'll still have quite a lot of my Summer holidays to do stuff so I'm considering setting up a quick paced fun 1k guild. If anyone is interested let me know.

It's just a thought at the moment. Not fully sure if I'll do it depends on if I can get the right members.

This should be closed , for real. Why is that even allowed to start a guild?
Guilds should be banned from towering for 1 month after creation to avoid this. It's just f*cking hatchasing. I don't get why staff didn't change it from 1k hats to 5k hats only , then the guild would put atleast more afford into towering.

xD Guilds been made for a while I just haven't towered with it i'm just using it to get rid of time just like everyone else. Some of us that work/school are too busy to tower during all the other times of the year. But if you aren't interested in joining please refrain from negativity in the post please:)

i wake up at 4:30 in the morning.I eat my breakfast at 9am.i usually prefer egg and bread over pancakes.Then i go outside to walk and admire the beautifull sky.I come back home at around 9:30am.Then i go and play games on my PC till 4pm.i take 2-3 short meals in the middle.Then i drink milk because milk is good for ylur health and hells your bones to get strong so you can be Stonecold Steve austin.Then i go to sleep at 12pm.i am a very nice boy.

more effort? 'quick' towering still takes ~1 month for a hat, if ur willing to put that kinda time into it u deserve a reward

Tbh when people say towering at 1k is easy. If you notice only 8 guilds have reached 5k hours or passed it. It'd just make towering boring because if it's a quick towering guild it's pretty fun because you double a lot. But if you look at guilds like SoN and Maphasy who have lots of hours nowadays they just single tower which takes longer.

I find i classic 1k's boring
but I might join if im not doing anything else

I used to find it boring but when I done Wounded 1k it's kinda fun. We double most of the time so it's quite fun and so I wanna make the new 1k I do be pretty fun by making it challenging by doubling a lot and tripling if we can.

Yeah we've got the timezones and shifts sorted it'll be a quick finish we have similar hours to MDR and 13 on a daily basis and some of our leads still haven't finished school yet so not as active at night as we could be.

Got EU and Middle Eastern Leads sorted out. Need a strong night team so that'll be around the timezone for Americans and Australians. So if anyone wants to be a lead and you're an American or Australian or Japanese or anything with similar timezones theres spots open for you.

Also got perma spots open for other people :)

towering at a spawn-by-flag tower and having a 600-hour head start should not be difficult, they'll finish

GL if you're starting from 0, it will be a huge time investment and probably an early struggle
tower at Sardon's if you want it to work as easy as possible, the days of that tower being free hours are probably limited

Although Sardon is a very easy tower it is quite boring seeing as nobody even attacks it and those that do are just pkers. I think York is a fun tower and so is Snow. Always lots of people attacking them since they are "easy" But thanks for your advice.

I reckon Rivalry Wounded and MDR will finish at around the same time so theres a choice of 3 possible towers to home but I don't know which one. Not really experienced with Destiny and the few times a guild I have been has taken it we lost it to MDR within 5-15mins. Dont really like DW that much feels too big. York is nice and compact but can be taken easily.

Get some quality leads as soon as possible.

Snow is dead. If anything you should home snow since no one ever attacks it unless another guild is already using it as a home tower.

If you think Sardon's is boring, I don't think you'd really enjoy Snow. The differences between Sardon's and Snow are that Snow is bright as hell on your eyes, no one ever really PKs it to keep your guild awake, and it's one of the best towers to attack as a group so you'll end up falling asleep then losing it to coordinated attacks (doesn't happens at Sardon's, it's not a great regroup towers). However, those attacks happen very rarely.

It's basically a good tower for low-skill guilds that have a bunch of active players. You sit around in a bright level and chat the entire day.

In my experiences, the best towers to home and the easiest to defend are:

1. Sardon's
2. Snow
3. York or Destiny
4. Deadwood
5. Swamp
6. Castle
7. MoD

It is the necessary evil needed to make towering active!

The fact that you said yourself that Sardons is by far the easiest tower defend, and you chose to lead 4 hat guilds there makes me laugh.

I never realized how easy it was to defend until I started helping silver.

The best guild at any given time for the past 2 years has and probably always will take Sardon's. Unlike Snow where you AFK and giggle around the flag, you defend vs. PKers constantly. Guilds always attack it because it's the best tower to hold. Especially my guilds, I always have people like you clinging to me and attacking nonstop. It's the easiest tower defend by design, doesn't mean it's the easiest tower.

Define 'the best guild'. Last time I checked a guild with 2k+ hours is better tower-wise than a hat chasing 1k guild?
You just said Sardons is the easiest, now you are saying snow is easier? Just pick one. Getting pked constantly at the easiest to defend tower doesn't make it much harder. The last time I towered at snow we were pked CONSTANTLY by 2-3 people so your comment on pking isn't very relevant.
