I was wondering where can I find the treasure maps? Some says, I can find it by digging up. But when I tried, I got nothing. I don't know what to do anymore :( Maybe someone know where to find the treasure maps? :blush: :blush:

That's exactly what happened to me. Just all of the sudden I had a map. I'm trying to remember all I did. A little looting, a little towering, a little roaming around, a little trash talking.. It could of been a combination of all of it.

I have fixed a variety of bugs that were occuring with maps and they should be working as intended now. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Someone says that, you'll find the next treasure map nearby from where you find the first treasure map. My problem is i don't remember anymore where i get that stupid map :\ But the old man says that, he'll give one map a day. Dunno if that's right? :unsure: Have you ever tried to bring the map on the old man?

Why not make a free one everyday and then all cost 50g not stupid amounts like 25k odd and then still only get a normal loot

I don't know about everyone else but I've gotten rarer loot from the treasure maps, generally ones worth 30-100g.

I had a similar thing. I dug the chest up but there was nothing inside, maybe some are empty?

What do maps do?

You take the map to Mercator who can decipher it. He gives you a "treasure map" with a picture of somewhere in game, you just have to dig where the image shows. You dig up a chest which contains something inside, from what I've seen it's usually a loot item.

What are the possible ways to get treasure maps? I got one earlier from a pyrat.

The main way is from baddies, Bandits are generally better than Pyrats as there's fewer people there. I've heard a few people say they've gotten them from digging and looting but I haven't had any luck with either of those so I'm not too sure.

Post a picture? No ones going to have all the locations memorized...

tbh, you should be able to find them on your own. Thats the whole point. There should be enough landmarks for you to use the world map to find possible areas that could match.

Q: Is it possible to get the same map number twice, or are you pretty much done with treasure hunting in a few months after you find all 100+howmanyever?
