ok, why have we as a community not played a game? I thought of a few games everyone could play. Someone livestream it, set up a large skype call, join an online game.

As much as I like this idea, some of these games I do not own, don't have a good enough computer to run, and just straight up given up on (graal).

I think others might have the same problem.

Civ 5. Ultimate community game. I would be so down for that, can't think of any other game I'd want to play with a huge group except maybe League or something.

But seriously, Civ 5 with 5 or more people would be so fun.

Some games that I think will be great for a game night. Marvel and Tera are Action MMORPGs where we can level up together and do party quests altogether. Dirty Bomb is currently for me the most funnest shooter I ever played. It is all team oriented and honestly, a homage to Wolf:ET. Not P2W at all (really wishing that it will stay this way but you know how F2P games go). Hoping this becomes a thing. Would like to game and chat with all of you!

Garry's Mod?

I'm always down for 12 hour games of Civ. Used to play with Imprint and Albus a lot.

Civ 5, TF2, Garry's Mod.
Those would be fun, but I prefer G-Mod's Sandbox gamemode.

If we want the whole community to play together ideally something f2p would be best so everyone can participate.

MMORPGs could work but the problem is a lot of them require players to be high level to do things together, so i think match based/lobby based games or ones where levels aren't crucial are the best for us to all play together.

I second Civ 5. MrSimons just bought it, and we've been playing it together since. Super fun game with a group of people

I love Civ5, But, it's only fun if you have all of the expansions. You can purchase the complete version on G2A for $13-14.

In terms of a time, this Saturday could be nice.

Smash, Terraria, League, Counter Strike, Starbound are games I'd be somewhat willing to do this for, depending on the people.

Edit: I saw Age of Empires, I've never played but always wanted to learn. I own the game too, it's sad. I'd do this for that game also.

Minecraft, since it's commonly played by almost everyone. It's easy to host a channel.

GTA is able to handle people from different parts of the world on one server

ESO is awful.

Different console issues.
Some people have it on Xbox, some have it on PS4 and some have it on PC.
Some don't even have it at all.
It's an expensive game, not one to be bought just for a graalians game night.

Minecraft sounds fun, I don't own most of the other games mentioned :P

MMOs are probably not a great suggestion because people tend to get spread out a little too quickly on those or get really caught up in doing their own thing all the time instead of working with others.

That said, I'm all in favor of Minecraft, Terraria, or Starbound since most everyone can probably run them, they don't cost much, and Graalians can just run its own server.

Don't necessarily need to run the server software on the same machine Graalians is hosted on.

Just need to provide an address to connect to for people who are interested, and we could probably exchange that info through a privatized thread or forum.
