If you could create a recruiting post that wasn't just bitch slapped by Tashkin, you would get useful posts.

First of all, that wasn't a bitch slap or whatever you mean. Tashkin clarified things to me, since Matt only told me to make a thread about hiring. He just corrected me, from posting an example to contact Tashkin. In other note, that wasn't technically a bitch slap, just a correction.

The only reason why this thread got derailed was because you failed to make the recruiting post that was required. Not Tashs fault, yours.

Yes, its my fault, I just posted something wrong. Tashkin corrected me. I never asked to let you guys say to me "You just got bitch slap" and "Dank memes" Do you think I want those imprudent comments if i just got corrected?

I might've been interested in paid work, but this thread is kind of putting me off. Perhaps you should give a better description of the position, for example the kind of code we'd be writing, the hours required, is it permanent or temporary, and an email to apply to rather than posting in a thread or PMing someone on a forum. The more professional you make your hiring look, the more professional applicants you'll receive. If you post a rushed advertisement, expect the experienced developers to ignore it and look somewhere else.

So, your way of dealing with those comments, is to respond to them.

Thank you. I am happy that Tash and PD are giving me the chance to be a GS2 Scripter for iZone. Its a really nice staff team and I encourage all other coders to give it a thought.

Actually I can't host thanks. I warp in and watch ZPs host and sometimes do hide an seek. I don't need to be on Zone iPhone to work. There is this thing called a dev server which I am on lots.

I wanted to apply, and tried to contact both DIC and Tashkin, but never got any answers. And the lack of description on this thread made me think that I would have made a mistake to apply.

Had to create new scripts to show PD and Matt. It took a few days for them to review them.

In short, nothing too impressive, just had to show you know what your doing
