School or Graal?

My 2k hour ban is over in 7 hours..but since I was banned from iclassic my grades became much better, I lost contact with a few people though. I met so many nice people trough Graal and I even thought about going to study in a Uni in england, 2020, with my best friend, I met on graal and known since soon three years, though I wont be able to do that if I get bad grades, Im literally so close to get a B in math and if that happens Ill get accepted into a art school. Its just that graal can be really fun sometimes and it helped me a lot with english and art...
Im just scared Ill get addicted again and forget about studying.
I dont really know what to do, I really want to spend time on graal but I dont want to ruin my future. I had a rough start off in life and the people ive met on iclassic , no graal in general helped me a lot and made me the idiot Im today.
(I was paranoid, kept on moving from home to home, to school to school, had a therapist for over two years, was mentally & physically abused and had social anxciety and could barely go out since.. LETS STOP HERE LMAO ANYWAYS YEAH THANKS IT'D BE NICE IF YOU COULD GIVE ME A TIP OR TWO ON HOW YOU HANDLED YOUR LIFE I WOULD APPRECIATE IT A LOT, I really would since its hard for me to form my own opinion.)

aghh i type to much text jeez im stupid pfft im soooorrryyyy

Stick with Graal. School is a waste of time

randomuser3954 05-04-2015 09:12 PM

LOL! I just too just received a 2000 hour ban today. I guess that's a sign I should start studying. Thanks to this thread :)

Ivy 05-04-2015 09:15 PM

Play every so often, there's no rule saying you have to log in every day :p

HeadJoker 05-04-2015 09:16 PM

Thats so easy to say man, School is over in about 6 weeks..

Bryan* 05-04-2015 09:18 PM

School isn't a waste of time unless you yourself make it a waste. Take the opportunities given to you and set the bar high for yourself. I know from personal experience, as soon as I detached myself from Graal, my grades improved significantly. Graal swallows you up (no pun intended) and you basically alienate yourself from those around you.

I mean I study every single day for about 2-4 hours I just wonder if I can do that while theres graal in the back of my head, i really dont wanna get addicted again.

Vic 05-04-2015 09:22 PM

School is a scam, they don't teach you what you really need to learn. Graal4Lyfe

Ash Ketchum 05-04-2015 09:24 PM

Graal gives you real education for your future, for example, adopting babies and taking care of children

fp4 05-04-2015 09:28 PM

learn to play graal/mmos/video games in moderation or get your friends skype/kik/whatever and quit.

Blu 05-04-2015 09:32 PM

Get your good grades, limit yourself to an hour of graal a day.
Once you've get your grades no life graal again.

Yeah but on the other hand I can always meet so many nice people on there and its amazing how hard it is to find someone who is like total soulmate and all but its possible. I think that Ive met way nicer people trough graal that I do irl, I MEAN I GOT MOST OF MY FRIENDS SOCIAL STUFF But you can always meet so many nice people on there sigh

I was once seriously addicted to Graal like seriously addicted and you could tell by how many times I tried to quit and every time I came back it was like I could never quit this game. The thing is you do meet people who you grow close to and become great friends which makes it harder to quit which doesn't help lol.

But school is far more important unfortunately for me I've wasted a few years and I became lazy because I cared about getting the next 100k, 200k, 300k and so on pks they were my goals not grades. Now my grades are meh not the best I've wasted a ridiculous amount of time on Graal, I've lost friends in real life because of it because I was to busy playing Graal all day.

One thing Graal has done for me has kept me away from getting into drugs or anything serious which people I knew unfortunately have followed that path and have ended up in a worser situation.

If you're having addiction problems though, play it but every few weeks decrease the amount of time you're on it and overtime you will be on it less and you won't be thinking about it as much.

But I've finally quit it completely and life is much better I'm also a lot happier without it, I have new hobbies, life goals and such, trust me school is way more important but the only way you'll realise yourself is growing up and going through it all.

Why not both?

No sense in asking us to tell you how to live your life, half of the people who answer will be trolling and the other half will probably think they are helping but really there is nothing we can say that will help you, it's all up to you.

Growing up playing Graal pretty much all my friends are from it and I don't care for real social interaction because at the end of the day it does not matter where or how you know someone and you should never feel like you have to befriend people near you over Graal people, they are both real life friends.

This is pretty much the most accurate advice you could hear

G Fatal 05-04-2015 10:32 PM

Is this really an actual question X_X
if you want better for yourself in life, concentrate on schoolgrades (Teenage years your most important years) that doesn't mean you dont have to play graal you could but limit yourself on it..if you can't do that and want to do good in life wipe it completely of everything forums aswell(this only keeps you attached to the game.)

Red 05-04-2015 10:42 PM

Stay In graal leave school

Kuz 05-04-2015 11:00 PM

Idk I used to spent quite alot of hours last year playing Graal. I had one real exam and the rest mocks so instead of revising I played Graal and **** and only like a week before my exam I realized one day that i'm throwing my life away. So I revised got my A and then realized I had the whole Summer to do whatever the **** I wanted.

For this year It's my final exams and it's exam season so I revise for 3 hours (when I get home from school) for my exams. I play Graal at certain times as I believe having control is the best and you realize you don't miss out on much. I just play Graal whilst i'm having a break from studying or after I finished studying for the day. Just play Graal in free tim and don't let it over take your overall life.

Just think about this. If you work now you will live with the rewards for the rest of your life. If you spend it playing with Graal you won't achieve anything in life and only friends on a virtual game (who would tell you to focus on your exams and ****).

Real talk now... Study your heart out and enjoy life in the Summer. You spend like what 4 years of your total life working hard as **** studying. When you get to University life is much more chilled out and you'll know you will have more free time. Make the sacrifice now and enjoy it for the rest of your life.

Common Sense 05-04-2015 11:31 PM

Self control. Graal won't help you get into a good college. Neither will talking to your online friends all day.

If it weren't for my online friends I would not be university bound in an 8 year degree for becoming a foreign physics professor, online friends can help more than you think.

It's a silly generalization you're making there

Talking to them instead of doing your work is gonna get you into university?

Sir 05-04-2015 11:43 PM

Move to the Alaskan wilderness for a year, where there's no internet connection and when you get back to civilization and try to play graal it'll be boring. That's what I did, and worked for me :)

There's more to it than "just talking", working together while talking, studying together, supporting one another, etc.

Again, you keep making silly generalizations

Bryan* 05-05-2015 12:01 AM

Colin, I can do those same interactions with my fellow peers in college. You can increase your network with people from Graal however not everyone can depend on their online friends for real life situations.

stay in graal kids

I cant work without a motive and getting a better job will not work for me because I need this motive in a day max
So i play graal , watch youtube or watch a tv show.
similar techniques do exist : rewarding yourself with a cookie
which is not as healthy though so if you are like me playing games helps.
i noticed the less i play games and more I work the worse I do in school

I never said they could I am just saying it's a silly generalization to say they won't help at all when for some it can so he shouldn't be so negative about it

Anyways, leaving to go do some work so no sense in replying to this particular post anymore (my post, not the whole thread)

Yoshired 05-05-2015 12:55 AM

My last 2 years of highschool I stopped playing graal completley because my grades started to go down due to me staying up all night and then sleeping through classes. I removed the app from my ipod touch and stopped playing, but before I left I got the phone number, kiks, skypes, any form of social media contacts of all of the friends that I found close to me so that I could keep in contact. If they are youre close friends it goes beyond you playing graal with them. There are friends I have from 5 years ago that I still talk to today from graal, that dont even play graal anymore and havent for 2 or 3 years. When you make friends like that they carry over outside of the game. In person or not these people are exactly the same thing as the friends you can make outside or at school. My best advice for you is do what is right for you. We aren't you so the best thing we can offer is our experience in life. I being someone who has been in your shoes and has made it through it can tell you, not having graal for those few years changed nothing with the friendships I made while playing. Hope that helps.

Vicipower 05-05-2015 05:36 AM

Thank you all so much for giving me your opinions on this! It really helps a lot lot lot, I'll try and make something out of my life
(even though maybe 1 hour on Graal after studying wouldnt be that bad, NOPE GOTTA FOCUS

i wonder if this thread helped anybody else than just me I dont wanna sound too selfish

Sloth 05-05-2015 06:28 AM

You basically need to learn how to moderate yourself, too much of anything isn't good.
So if you start off small, like limiting how much you spend on Graal, it could help a lot.

If you want to learn, then go for it. It's amazing to learn, don't let a silly game like Graal get in your way.

I actually noticed this. If I focused on schoolwork grades went down.

Not being sarcastic. It was weird.

Coco 05-05-2015 07:16 AM

Choose both and go to the school on classic located east of Onnet town.

Problem solved.

MBK 05-05-2015 07:29 AM

You only need to get a B!!! wtf

Here even if i get 85% in all subjects,i'll still not be confirmed if i'll get admission in a good Uni.
i'm applying for the med. School btw.

Multipas* 05-05-2015 10:29 AM

Yo add me on graal player name: multipass. I'll remind you to study and stuff and I can listen if you ever wanna share.
