WHAT IF THE WORLD WAS ROUND?!
Don't call me crazy but what if we actuly didn't live on a flat world but It was round O.o!!!!
So 1 thing I hate about the map is the borders there just like era they have trees surrounding the border in a perfect line now that's ugly and boring.... Isnt Ol' West goal to be original and unique well I guarantee you this will bring us over the top :) . I was thinking that the left and right and top and buttom connect... Because if you go far enough south your north etc. Consider this please!!! |

Graal gmaps(which stitch overworld levels together into one giant level) does not support seamless looping. Can possibly make a hackish way around it but the effect would be broken if other players are around(as you approach the edge of the world where it would loop, players would disappear as they cross the actual line, and vice versa).

Technically, Graal is 2D, aside from the shading. This may be applied to Kingdoms I think.

Dusty knows what he is talking about here. There are some ways you can fake a round world by moving the other players around clientside for each player, but the effect probably still wouldn't be seamless, and you would have to specially code a lot of things like projectiles to work with it as well. It's not worth the huge amount of effort it would take to implement it on a server that already has years of scripting done on it. It might be cool to put on a playerworld that was scripted from the ground up with a round world in mind.
