Contacting support is so hard because they wont return my emails. Its been months. literally. I need to change my email account associated with my graal classic accout. Ican't access my email. I need to change it, but support is taking forever to reply. The change your password online website is down and I just wanna play classic.

Been there, done that.

Don't hesitate anymore, even if is the most unfair ban, no one will help you. Specially on Classic.

Most support grunts do not have the authorisation to change e-mail addresses. Managers are hard to get in touch with on every server :(

Ah I like completely mis-read your post. When you don't have access to the email, its hard to prove ownership. I'm a global but i don't do accounts support. If you can email xor proving ownership he might be able to help.

Try not sending in a support ticket about an issue staff can do nothing about.

Most tickets should be answered the day, if not week lol

Half the time when this is the case, the anwser is already clear or I anwsered to a similiar ticket already. When players don't get the anwsers they want to recieve they submit multiple tickets asking the same thing in different ways. Those type of tickets will obviously get avoided and marked as spam. Speaking from my own experience.

the more details you give will help, of course.

In Thallen's example, all required information for verification purposes was submitted and required minimal follow up or investigation.

This is not to say staff is above investigating, but you cannot expect them to do detective work on a large scale. It will get divide up based on priority, and unfortunately, some requests will get lost.

Weird indeed, also have 4 more just from 2015 as well as conversations within the tickets that they always replied to instantly, it may be you sent the ticket into the wrong section and it was filtered or something or you just suck at writing tickets.

They don't even write their answers, they basically just copy and paste a 3rd grade english reply which was prewritten by unixmad's somewhat understandable english (he always forgets to add the letter s, which is weird)...

I'm pretty sure they write the answers.

I'm unsure if they even read the support ticket, because the ticket I sent in yesterday, their two line answer pretty much reworded my first sentence.
