Nexus And/Or Revolution Theme Ideas
 

Just was thinking that with the campfire furniture item(and other assorted native-esque outdoors stuff) it would be cool to have a camping themed furniture set? Something like...


- Sleeping bag beds (colors, possibly themed prints)
- Stump/stone chairs, table set
- Cooking utensils (pot/pan/kettle/camp stove)
- Log fencing (log cabin style "slats")
- Limited time food items (smores, flapjacks, barbecued items)
- Marshmallow Juggle
- Fishing rods... just throwin it out there...

Anyone else have any cool ideas that they have been thinking over?

Good idea especially fishing , we could possibly get aquariums to show off our fishes we caught or buy a plaque where you can show off your fish just like the loot glass containers

Thinking of a Mythology themed. Statues of different Myth creatures/Gods etc. Varies selection of Myth heads to buy. A myth themes Mount and other usable items. And alfo a selection of furniture, such as a throne, marble fences, pillars, sand fences, mini pyaramids. Gold fences, gold tomb coffin bed. Theres quite a range of things you can add with this theme. Using Roman Mythology, Greek and also Egyption. And any others, such as Norse for example.

Why would they sell a fishing rod in a limited time shop?

Marshmallow Juggle would be sweet. Maybe a .gif juggle where they catch fire. IDK if thats even possible to have a .gif juggle!?

A idea could be some ninja/samuri/early Japanese warrior sort of hats

I dont want marshmallow stuff or japanese samurai stuff
Thats repeating last year for the winter nexus was candy and the summer was japanese


The myth Idea is something I would be buying gralat packs for.
plenty of statues, maybe mythical greek stuff like that hirse with a human head as a mount and a statue of the godess athena, a little minotaur morph and a pet minotaur and stuff. something everyone would want.maybe sell heads and bodies too , because I want that to return.

Ye, theres a huge amount to choose from. Many people love Mythology (Me being one), and I know a lot of people that would actualy invest in a good amount of gralat packs for this type of stuff.

Mythology is big and can be taken in different directions to suit all kinds of players so with a theme like this eveyones happy.
Hopefully it would include hidden things and stuff like in the japanese nexus and may sell pillars and golden statues.

A Medieval themed Nexus could be fun, Nexus could be done up as castle. An aquatic them too (Yes, there already was a beach nexus, but this is kind of different). A Space themed Nexus you could get quite creative with. A Jungle themed Nexus (You could have tribal stuff e.c.t.)...just putting these out there.

Mythology themed Nexus could be cool :o You could have a Cerberus, Minotaur, or Cyclops mount. Oh, and my favoruite mythological creature....Treants.

They should sell gold versions of previouly sold items eg.sink=gold sinks

I do think it would also be a good idea to have a seperate off theme room with 1 gralat hats showing respect for the Air Asia tragedies and more recently the happenings in Paris.

Yeah, but it won't even last for a week. Publishing a work on Nexus or Rev is such a bad idea. Plz plz plz release them in regular stores.

I kinda liked howls space theme a lot more than "Mythology" but they're both pretty cool and have a lot of possibilties!

BOTH sucks ****. I prefer normal permanent stores. Like I am probably saying this 10th times. But Nexus don't even last over a week. Same with Onnet.
it's like BUY NOW or NEVER.
That sucks when it comes to furnitures. U aren't just gonna randomly buy like 500 special fences, chairs, tables. It takes time to build them up little by little. That's how I made my house and 5-7 days isn't enough for that.

If you plan yout house design and save up before hand you can build a house in less than a day tbh.

u can't plan cause u don't know what the furnitures gonna be.

I dont know about you, but when I plan a big house project, I think about any furniture I can use. With Nexus, I can easily find a use for all the furniture sold. So you dont need to know what Nexus will be, to make a house. Just save your gralats.

u are going back to my original argument right there.
there aren't that many furnitures that we can use.
there could be whole lot more if they sold everything in the permanent store.
u can make better looking house if u have more choice to choose from.

Nexus sells items that will be rare after it has closed. I would rather have a selection of fine rare items for a few days purchase time rather than permanent furniture, which will never be rare. Perhaps update the furniture shops more often, but dont exclude Nexus all together xD

Sorry, it's business tactics. It encourages purchases that people might otherwise never buy because it invokes the mindset "well if I don't buy it now I'll never get a chance again... even if I'm not sure I want it right now."

It also makes items rare or special :o

psh 'rare'. i hope graal sells every single item again just not to make them 'rare'. overall rare symbolizes nothing. u probably see urself never wearing 'rare' hats.

Actually having rare stuff can be pretty annoying.

In particular the broomstick (mount) and the wanted poster (furniture)
cause me to break out in PM's about "where can I get that" all the time...

Buyin nexus stuff makes players feel more special than other players

I wish they brought back old event hats. Tired of not being able to participate in any events cause I have majority of the hats. I have a question though, can an admin that host an event change the hat if you already have it? (One admin told me they can but only if it's for warpers).

I can just bet you that there will be an Egyptian Themed Nexus coming our way sometime this year...

I can just tell, I dunno, I just feel like there will be, you can do so many things for it too. You could have like mini quests and secrets like the Japanese Nexus, except it would have something to do with like pyramids and artifacts. Like, find you way through the pyramid to get to a shop, 'watch out for mummies' e.c.t.

How about archaeology in there somewhere? Could be a nice segue into mythology too... There's already all those nifty archaeologists chilling at the BC caldera. I had expressed this concept to Brick a while back in game (in other context, not nexus/rev), in the form of a recurring quest with daily rewards coming from random items dug up in and around graal, then exchanged with the BC fellas... maybe some kinda collection that you have to trade for (I am envisioning the easter egg hunt mob asking for things like the pharaoh's headpiece and canopic jars)...
