Neo's Era Problems. (iOS)

So I truly just started playing Era...
There are a few problems here.

1. Event Coins
The system to obtain EC is very limited. You can never get into any Bot Events, and winning an event with 100+ people will never happen.
The achievement system is good though, as an outlet. The problem is Pieces. There shouldn't be pieces, and there should be more achievements as well. The system is fun and I'd love to see it expanded to balance the EC growth rate.
I've only obtained EC easily by buying 1500 presents on an alternate account, so I'd recommend lower these asinine Prices, or increase the # of ways to obtain EC.

2. Auctions
So from what I've gathered, it seems someone bid 1 million G on all of the items and won them all, so this lead to the current system.
What sense does this make?
Bidding is all about this maximum bid. If I have 1 million Gralats, I should have an advantage.
Just put a time limit, or ban bidding until the next set of auctions! Right now it's all luck based, with 20K Gralats. With hundreds of players in one room, this won't work at all.

3. Lack of Melee Spar?!
So sparring recently, I noticed the lack of any Melee Only sparring arenas!
There is no reason to NOT have it! The boxing ring is dull and you have to be right next to the other players. Implement this; it's simple.

4. Melee range!
Sometimes, I look at my Ancient Executioner with thanks.
Other times, I hate this stupid hit box it has.

So with a dagger, you only use it right in front of you. This makes sense, seeing as you hit right in front of you.
With a Sword, you hit RIGHT in front of you, despite the obvious 3x2 distance the weapon has when swung. That makes no sense at all.
Why does that even happen?
While on that subject, it would make sense that spears\rods should be 3 tile line in front of you, and hammers skip hit two in front of you as well.
Katanas being 3 wide tiles in front of you as well.

I think adjusting the hit box would really help the system of Melees more appreciated by all players, and add a new in depth way to play Era.

PC is starting to make a comeback by the looks of it.

Oh well, I'll share with you some of PK tricks just for the hell of it.

Basically, you want a good weapon with low freeze, decent damage, and good fire rate.

With that, you can strafe your enemies and land hits on them when they can't.

Don't play full-on aggressive or defensive and pretend every bullet can kill you in one hit.

However a good weapon that matches the criteria of what I just said is kinda hard to come by in terms of money so get mommies VISTA or MasterCard ready.

Back on topic though.
Era still needs work, and this would add a good depth layer.

There's a melee sparring arena in the underground sparring complex to the left of start park.
It's classic style sparring

iEra, in my opinion is broken in the following senses.

Pay to Win
Also known as p2w, this mechanic simply ruins the game. Players have to literally spend days doing repetitive jobs in order to obtain a low-medium tier gun.

Content
iEra has approximately 3 times the developers as Era, yet they seldom release content, and when they do, it's horrible, reused content.

Staff
Staff members are children who think they're digital gods.

We have ample LAT's, GFX etc but we have no scripters.

Can you list the staff members who are both children and think they're "gods" so we can investigate this report (obviously I assume that you mean that they are arrogant and abuse or something, because of the implication).

Like you can do better than the current staffs

Our development team (sans scripters of course) is optimal for us. Of course we don't have the graphic powerhouses like elk or dusty but our GFX Admins are also amazing :)

We're satisfied with our development lineup.

Being a former Era and Era iPhone developer, I could actually do quite better than them.

TLDR my name is Reno and whenever someone speaks out about my beloved Era iPhone I defend it with my life.

There's a room in the underground spar arena that has players spar with classic swords. Not really a "melee spar" because it technically is a reskinned fist with a bigger hitbox and 100% chance knockback, but it's still really fun and I rock at it. (Wish I could say the same about my gun spar skills :( )

It's actually original classic sparring- the only difference i believe is that it uses our movement systems- which cause the knockback and weird speed and stuff

In all honesty, aren't kids generally connected to gaming? Sure adults too, and it's not specifically stated that one age can play just it seems a shooting video game that's not 1st person and most of players are kids, before my said again, it just seems redundant, if you can follow that.

If you want me to I can get on the server and pin point the prs who think they're the sh*t just because they have golden names and are too cool to host events just because "they don't have to" LMAO can you believe that Wizardly warned the account I was on just for saying "Lmao I hate how some of yall think yall are superior on here just because you're a PR god damn" and warned me lmaoooooooooooo I asked him why he warned me and that if "damn" was a "bad word" it would've been filtered out but no he says "I warned you for saying I think Im superior" lmaoooooooooooo

Oh yeah definitely do point them out. Send me a PM with the list of PR's who you feel think that way and we'll look into it.

Reno, if you want to actually satisfy some of the iEra population (and Im going to reach out for the events community), actually make hosting events a mandatory thing to do because THERES HARDLY EVER EVENTS BECAUSE THESE LITTLE KIDS YOURE HIRING LMAO THEy THINK THEYRE BIG SH*T AND ARE TOO COOL TO HOST I'VE SEEN PEOPLE I KNOW MYSELF WHO USED TO PLAY EVENTS WITH ME, USED TO ALWAYS SUCK UP TO ME AND ASK FOR ECS, GO FROM A GUY THAT WOULD SAY "omg i wish i was a pr so i can host everyday for you cudi" to "its not mandatory I dont need to do it". Either make it mandatory or just form a freakin EVENTS TEAM for crying out loud I have the perfect idea for the events team but yall wouldn't take it (even though Im the event veteran here and the GOAT events player and I have a completely and perfect balanced way of making the (Events Team) tag actually good, and trust me it's really genius too but since yall cant take a joke video i guess yall would just ignore me anyway, despite the fact that the idea is great as hell).

Some of the concerns i've heard from others in the staff team about hosting is that if we host all the time it would flood too much EC into the community. I'm not sure about it though I'd have to do some research. If that is the primary concern it's possible that we could discuss hosting events for gralat rewards, or other rewards. I do agree that we should host more events, thank you.

Wih a player count as big as Era's, I don't think you should be worrying about flooding EC when the likely scenario is that out of 60 events, the same person may win 2 or 3 at most, assuming they can even get inside. Besides, rarity shouldn't be too much of a concern with EC items.

This and @Reno I'd rather have more events being hosted more often than straight ass giveaways like the recent one that happened lmao trust me there's never too many ECs I can assure you that any day so take advantage of the beautiful playercount iEra has

For the sake of events (something i actually love on this server), reno would you actually want to hear my personal guidelines of this staff tag? its balanced to the max and i sweatergawd you'll be surprised due to the fact that I have like a wild way of how i act on here (mainly because idc)
