Why I should be an admin for Translator or GFX.
 

I can speak 4 languages and i make bodies, heads guns, and cars for very cheap prices. Most admins don't even go on or do anything except like Alpho who doesn't get credit for his awesome work or iMask for doing exceptional SFX or iBliss who makes sweet ganis. Well I really want to work for era and ACTUALLY do something to support era and I want to make guns, hats, and all weapons tradeable so that trading isn't a scam every time some one says they got a brella for you. There should be safer trades. There should be more fun in the game instead of killing everyone 24/7.
Admit it, era was way more fun in 2011 or 2010. But look where we are now...
People raging and bullying and swearing and soon this game will fall apart. You can tell pro people from the noobs and everybody lies and cheats and tries to hack. Some admins abuse powers and even insult players, which I've seen, and make unfair choices and provoke the players after wards.
Which is why I will try my hardest and work to the max until I have solved every single one of these problems and help extend era to more countries.

If you really want to become a admin of some kind, then send an application rather than posting a thread asking for support and ideas etc.

Take your self entitlement to era-go where we can't see it.

What languages can you speak?

Translators are not a staff but maybe you get a chance to be a staff by contributing Translation a lot.

Japanese, arabic, spanish, english, and latin cuz school.

Admins don't reply to applications if they don't want to apply you. Be patient and if they think you are good , then they will reply and you will be applied xD

Just like Toshi said translators aren't staff members, but it does help them when applying on applications. If you say era go sucks it isn't going to your help your case at all. You make a graphics thread there and people in the community will start to notice you and when a GFX app comes you might get picked. Well you could do it here.

Take Howl for example he has a graphics thread here and was hired to the GFX team on era after awhile.

Do you know where i can apply for classic translator?

Try asking Rufus, I am not even sure if there's any other translators on iClassic other than Japanese Project. And iZone, I currently stopped contributing it, no one responds so. I am focusing on iEra and iClassic.

I speak fluent Welsh :o Doubt you would want a Welsh translator though xD

Generally, creating a public thread denouncing the acts of current staff is not a good idea when trying to apply for a staff position on the same server considering if you were hired, these will be the same people you will have to work with and they would have already read what you said about them. It would create a hostile environment between you and your colleagues before you even arrived.

If you don't show respect for your peers, then how can you demonstrate respect for the players whom you will be ultimately working for?

As with a job application or CV, it would be helpful if you shared examples of your skills in use rather than simply listing them as points of "I can do X, I can do Y". A few good questions to ask yourself when applying for a staff position (or any job in real life in general) would be:

- What skills do I have that stand out from other potential applicants?
- How are these skills relevant or applicable to the position I am applying for?
- In the past, what difference did my skills make during a previous job position? How have my actions improved the situation or enhanced things for the customer?
- If I were to be hired, how would I make your establishment better? (Realistically)

Remember, you may have many skills and talents but not all of them are relevant to the job you apply for. Rather than create a huge list with everything in one go (which would be difficult for any interviewer to read through, and may appear to be immodest or unrealistic), pick a few that are tailored to the position, and focus on those. If you mentioned being an artist, be prepared to upload some examples of your work, perhaps even prior to applying to establish a presence in the field of art. This is similarly the case for level designs etc.

Finally, make sure you create your application using the standard application method. This may be through contacting the right people, or sending the correct form to the correct place.

Who's to say he just uses Google Translate to speak 5 different languages well enough to help anyone.
