WHY! did you change the look of the gralats

You cant do this to us now their so wierd looking

The gralats look bad, really dull compared to the ones before, meh. Liked the old ones better, but i do agree they could be changed

The graphics where fine how they are and now it just makes me uncunfortable to see the new ones they look too much like crystals

Please for the love of god don't tell me you thought the old ones something else other than crystals....................

I just found the old look more suitable for the tiles
These new gralats are just wierd

I prefer the old ones, graphically the new ones may be better. But I think the old ones had a much better design. I think maybe if old ones were just cleaned up it would've been good. But totally changing the entire look is kinda ridiculous.

Why not have an option to turn off the new look because I mean, they look neat and all but I prefer the old ones.

I think both are kinda bad. The new ones can do with some added detail.

I don't understand how anyone can prefer the old gralats. They look like someone opened paint and scribbled inarticulately onto the canvas and mumbled, "Art", through spoonfuls of glue.

That aside, Even if the old ones were better, there's no point in keeping them. If you haven't noticed, recently ("Recently" = ~1-2 years ago) there has been a gradual change in non-item graphics around iClassic - a wild uniform graphical style appears! I'm glad classic is continuing this "Out with the old, in the the new" trend. Recently iClassic has been becoming more and more uniform and it's really increased the quality of graphics over that 1-2 year period.

That aside as well, I seriously doubt it's going to be changed back and I'm sure you'll get used to it the same way you got used to the new tileset when that came out. Change can be hard - but you'll get used to it!

We didn't completely change the entire look... We refined the old ones. They still have the same shape and same creases (where the ugly black lines were). They were changed to match the rest of the world and to make it look more like crystals, which is what they are. They're pretty >:O

A good future update of returning to old graphics would be nice

Never mind, all I had seen was your post on Facebook and it looked way different there, just logged on my phone and saw them in game. I agree the old ones were ugly-- just didn't realize how similar the new ones were.

Sorry, but different players should not see different things. Not only does this create a divide where there shouldn't be, it opens the floodgates to players demanding that we cater to their desires because we have the ability to "make it an option."

I like the new ones; the texture suits a crystal way better, plus the screenshots don't do it justice, because it's nicely animated. Next to nothing was changed; shape and edges of the crystal all are the same, maybe even the outline.

It may feel like a big change, but I like it. It's almost 2015. Even though it isn't entirely "traditional", if you were to compare both gralats, while considering the graphics of other iOS games in the market... I'm not surprised they picked an updated look. Current players may not like it; but new players probably will, because detailed & textured art is generally what iOS gamers are already used to.

So shiny...

Only thing I don't like about them is there awkward polished smoothness. I do like the new shine, and the shading is cool too, but they look like unnatural man made child proof rocks.

I prefer the new ones, the old ones look like a mangled tree sapling. The new one looks like a shiny refined crystal. Thats what a gralat is.

tbh i think the staff should remove the gralat spawn for a few hours when its busy farming n stuff so you can all be like, new one or none, deal with it. they look a lot better bc i could never figure out what it was before but now i see texture... however the rainbows just look red n orange bc grass covers the bottom

Actually I kinda like them.
They used to be just weird grass things, and the are nostalgic, just how I prefer the old graphics.
But it IS sorta more believable to have gem-like ores as a currency, considering the "time period" the server is in. :)

Ffs, they look fine. Whenever there is a graphics change, people complain and then get used to it a few days later, they are really well made and look very nice, as Coco said, deal with it.

They look pre good to me. The old ones looks gross compared to the newer ones in my opinion. Nice material design. FUTURE WOOOOOOO

Admins, if you're reading this, never be afraid to change things in iClassic because of the community. The community of iClassic doesn't know any better, so please change, iClassic needs it!

Next step is updating that ugly ass grass, like srsly, what is that.

the new gralats look pretty neat

but they could have remade the low quality grass like myst suggested i really want the ugly trees and the ugly buildings improved greatly!

I like the new look. It's well made and hopefully in future they update the design on other things in Graal (grass, signs, trees, buildings).

I like this new update, but these gralats look awkward when paired with the green grass.
