This thread refers to Era's PC client.


I'm going to be blunt - Era is dying. We're in need of new players and new faces.

I understand a lot of iEra players WANT to play Era, but the fact of the matter is it's not noob-friendly at all. This is where I come in.

I'm offering new players something different than being shoved right onto Era's mean streets, I'm offering financial aid and hospitality. I recently purchased a large home in Southridge that I've outfitted with lots of parking, helicopter access, extra bedrooms, and more.

The second half of my offer to any new players is financial aid. I'm offering money (Quite a lot as well) to get players started. This will help people get good weapons and items, and not have to trash pick for hours and hours on end.

And that's what you'll most likely see on Era! If you can get past being offended easily then you shouldn't have much trouble getting into Era with this guy's help. Now I demand 2k so I can rent Sing, dammit.

The only difference in community is that you have less people being all MLG 420 BLAZE IT *** that are 13 years old and more that are 21+

Actually play Era PC from time to time. Really enjoy it and way better than iEra.. Just it kinda hard getting money when all the pros chase and kill ya. Still fun af and I probably will play more. Jus got no one on there.

Not really, it was usually around 80-130 players during the school year alone. Only recently it started falling.

Yea I tried ERA pc a while back (last year or so), if I'm going to be at my PC...why not play TF2 or something much more fun.

iEra is for people who love being under their blankets, people who are on the bus ride home or to school, or plainly those taking a dump. It's fun and on the go, unlike PC where you have to sit there and play as if it was a MOBA (which of course is now going mobile too). :\

Stop it TF2 sucks and people like you who still enjoy it are obviously not PC gamers.

Surely the definition of a PC gamer is someone who plays on a PC? Therefore surely he is a PC gamer?
Anyway for a change I agree with Silly Frog, if I was playing a game on PC I would want to play something other than Graal. I just feel Graal is suited to being IOS for me and that is why I only play iEra.

I don't remember a 130 playercount during the school year, maybe during gang events and auctions, but never a daily 130 playercount. Barely even peaked 80. Also, recently started falling? Ehh, you're entitled to your own opinion. For me and most other oldbies, Era's been dead for years now.

Well you could be right. I hopped off and on between Era and Zodiac a lot so I never really payed much attention to a lot of stuff. The only thing I really miss from Era is the katana. I want those poison mechanics back now.

While this is true, we series'd on my first day back on Era in 3 monthd. Also, I was using five sevens, guns which have incredibly high freeze.
