Gralat Packs Not Working
 

For the past 3 months, ever since I purchased VIP, which I no longer have, I have been unable to buy gralat packs, its telling me it "failed to purchase". I've deleted and re-installed the app multiple times with no luck. I feedbacked it a lot as well. Any help?

Maybe there's a conflict with your iTunes account?

when he had jailbreak would be a udid eror,... But he don't has a jb so i can't help sorry

I logged in and out of it, and tried on another iTunes account, I don't think so.

If it wont work, restart Graal, than tap "Don´t use VIP account". Try purchasing it with that one. If it works just log in to your VIP account and transfer the stuff. The gralats will be added.

Tried that too. Didn't work on that account either.

Do you have money on the itunes acc?

I have about nine dollars at the moment, it doesn't say insufficient funds it says "The purchase of the item failed, please try again later."

Meaby the server down?
I was trying last week to aktivate my pc other ipod for my vip acc but server was down always when i wantet it >__>

Server down for three months? I don't think so. :P

Than your iDevice is lagging hardly, because it took too long to contact the AppStore. Try to go to a non laggy location and restart your iPod before. So you should have the lessest lagg.

Oh lol since 3mohnts you hav not bought gralats pack oh cool...

It comes up with the message seconds before I hit buy so I don't think so, I'll try though.

Make sure you have the money to at least buy the gralat pack, but i suggest if you access your account through facebook I would use paypal to buy the gralats or some other method.

If it says 'failed to purchase' that means you are low on credit.

If it says 'Sandbox error' Its because of your jailbreak IF your device is jailbroke.

Email the iTunes receipt to [email protected] and be patient for him to add the gralats manually.

I have money, I've renewed it during the time it hasn't worked as well. I don't get a receipt because I never actually purchase it. And I don't access my account through facebook so... :/
