Have you considered balancing out the number of rifle ammo guns and energy cell guns? As of now I have 35 guns 26 energy cell guns, 6 rifle ammo guns, and 3 special weapons. I don't have every single gun, but even if I did I don't think it would even be a 2:1 ratio of energy cell to rifles ammo guns.

It would probably easy to take the guns with the word Rifle in their name already that use energy cells and make them use rifle ammo. Such as Blue Christmas Rilfe, Pez Rifle, Rudolph Rifle, and GP Assault Rifle.

the issue is though, the only option with 12 rounds is low energy

Could add another one... low ammo is 10 ammo.

Some of the weapons are just test weapons. Depends on how they work out will depend on IF they get released. Many of them don't and just get removed. Which is why we don't say anything about guns or even content.

Also whys the railgun as fast as a heavy laser? Like fast is literally in it's description...

rule 1 of graal. Never EVER read the description. The railgun is meant to basically be a heavy laser with more recoil that is always in frenzy mode.
