I'll be posting some non pixelart here from time to time.. Maybe some random pixel art as well.
This is my first time attempting this using gimp haha.

You should make him look more center its kinda creepy where his eyes are going. Also does it look better with a light reflection in the eyes? Other than that its preety amazing i love the drawing.

Anytime I try to do NPA sketches on a digital platform (trying to mimic the awesome concept arts you see for video games) I fall on my face and cry.

I agree the eyes are a bit odd..

It looks great, but the sky looks kind of boring.

the sky is the only non boring part O.o

i like what you did with the blue.

The mountains and the sky are OKAY but the sky just looks like fire to some prople in this thread.but still betrer than any other stuff i can do

I actually prefer the orange sky, very good :)

looks awesome 0: maybe for the red one, you could use the bright yellow to make more spread out clouds. fire usually has a yellow interior with more vibrant oranges/reds going outward, which helps with the firey look of the sky. I like the fire myself, but if you want to go for less fire, maybe try spreading out the shades more somehow

hmm; maybe if u wanted to incorperate the blue more, you could make it a skinnier river o: but idk; i like how you're using the blue, the river could throw it off

I'd try taking it out and keep trying things, like a cave, or a canyon, or a small quaint town

but anyways, gj u are good at this. i like the one with the blue sky and the red is OK. the only thing that doesnt fit in is the pathway though but i still like it

Looks nice! But isn't drawing on a computer/laptop hard? Like it doesn't feel as "smoothly" as it is when you draw on paper with a pencil.

For me, iPad is hard to draw on because it doesn't have that pointy end like a pencil/pen

I have styluses. But I prefer my fingers because that's how I learned originally

It's alright, I'd rather use a computer than a tablet because I guess I'm just used to it.
With pencil and non pixelart I find it easier to do things because you're not placing pixels one at a time.

This is what I've been working on a bit today. In the end I want to have the skeleton riding a horse.
I'll probably end up changing the palette a ton and maybe expand the canvas.. Hopefully it will look very realistic in the end.

I LOVE THAT SKETCH.

I've seen the wall before at the Qalandia Checkpoint when I wanted to visit Jerusalem (a very slow process if you have a Palestinian passport). It has some really beautiful artwork on it including this giant picture of Yasser Arafat and the words Ich bin ein Berliner.
