I don't know about you but I kinda of like it like that, and who cares if the alignment is bad with the bandanna, the hat sucks anyways, so just don't buy it.

That doesn't work. I've reinstalled the app, turned my phone on and off, doesn't work. I've said in the in-game forums that doing that doesn't work but got told it was just me, even though this happens on two of my devices.

It does work, I've even had the problem on my iOS account before and all i did was restart and everything was fine.

Again, didn't mean it like that. And I had an android once before I got an iPhone, was godawful. Not sure of the model. But I've also used android tablets, and they're pretty cool (way before my iPad). I would have to say that they're probably not much different to me lol.

The issue w/ the hat's template showing is something that has happened to me while playing on the Facebook client, doesn't occur on iOS (usually). Not a huge issue.
