Spring 2014 Anime Season
 

About time for the new season to start!

I'm looking forward to:
-Mahouka Koukou No Rettousei
-Black Bullet

Both are good light novels.
I especially love 'Mahouka Koukou No Rettousei', and am interested in how they'll manage an anime adaptation of it because it has some major info dumps in it that doesn't seem like it'll fit well in anime form.

Are there any other series that people are looking forward to?

This season I'm hoping to watch 3 episodes of every anime, unless they are mecha anime.
I usually watch about 20-25 new series every season, hoping I can increase those numbers.

Mekaku City Actors
No Game No Life
Selector Infected WIXOSS
And of course
Ping Pong The Animation

Probably going to start watching Date a Live S1 soon, seems like something I'd enjoy. Also, the title of "No Game No Life" intrigues me.

Whoa.

'Ping Pong The Animation' sounds like a must watch. For the novelty factor at the very least.

Here's a site where it lists all the anime that's been announced and the season it's in.

There's quite a few that stands out for me; Atelier Escha, Black Bullet (Seems Guilty Crownish given the description), Blade & Soul cause plot, Bokura, Date a Live S2, Hanamonogatari (I won't watch it until I can get caught up with the entire series), Hitsugi no Chaika, Love Live S2, No Game No Life, Ryuugajou, and Soul Eater Not.

There seems to be alot of NEET based animes coming out right now.

For the winter leftovers, the only one I'm really happy to see continuing is Nisekoi.

Theres only two shows carrying over from the winter, nisekoi and nobunga the fool

Right now, Nobunaga is just a meh series to me.

Didnt say out of the two shows that they are any decent

Never implied otherwise. Just my opinion on the one of the two.

Only Date A Live caught my eye. Please turn this into a good series Funimation, you've got a lot of potential here.

Date A Live, i'll be the first to watch you my lovely. This season will be a good one, Ive prepped for this all I need to do is buy a DaL shirt.

All in total im looking forward to the new JoJo, seriously if you have not watched the first season, watch it

Since me and Killua always watch the ongoing animes together, ill be looking forward to most of these. I'm especially excited for Mekaku City Actors, as I've been keeping up on the manga and listened to the songs.

This season is gonna be full of Ai Kayano (Girl who voiced Inori in Guilty Crown, Shiina in Sakurasou, Menma in Anohana and Mei in Say "I Love You" and my favorite voice actor). She's got the main role in Selector Infected, No Game No Life and Kanojo ga Flag wo Oraretara.

So much must watch. She's becoming quite big in voice acting lately.

I was pleasantly surprised by the first episode of 'The World is Still Beautiful'.

I don't really know a lot of animes coming up this spring, but I am looking forward to Soul Eater Not! Even though it's a spin-off, Death the Kid, Soul, Maka, and everyone will show up as background characters. That's the main reason I'm going to watch it. For summer though, I look forward to the second season of Free! and Sword Art Online II.

I linked a site that usually keeps up to date about what new anime is coming out along with the season. It helped me find more anime than I usually do this season.
