I wanted to be an admin but at the time my freind said i needed 1k hours and i only had like 500 or somthing but now i got 1.1k i wanted to become a PR admin but i started to come up with idead about graal but i dont know how to make items/guns/stores etc. which admin could i become right now? if there hiring?.

You can always become the server janitor. It's a great position and as well the position is respected by almost everyone. Server janitor handles all type of situations. You clean up after other staffs, you can showoff your cool tools and give yourself free stuff! Is really hard to obtain this position. But with your skills and knowledge you will be offered the job immediately, no doubt.

when you say clean up after admins do you mean fixing the events if somthing went rong? and what do you mean by cool tools?

You don't need a certain amount of hours you need experience and you have to be mature

Seeing as you don't know how to develop (make guns/hats/stores) you can only become a PR really, which i'm sure you know what is a PR. Due to the popularity of becoming a PR though, you'd likely find a thread made on here or era-go.com by someone like snk or SnakeRecon letting people know that they are hiring.

In most cases you have to apply. I can't say whether they're hiring or not, but usually when servers are hiring they put out an application. It might be a good idea to work on some other skill though, like making graphics or levelling, and getting a position doing that sort of thing on some UC server. Experience is very important.

I'm not sure how it works on iEra though.

If I were you you I wouldn't try to apply to something that almost anyone with a tablet applies to even tho not knowing most of the requirements which is being a PR.. Larn something useful that servers are always in need and get hired by your skills. Gani,gfx,LAT,Scritpting....

PR hiring is pretty competitive, and you need experi- who am I kidding just go apply yolo

or learn how to make graphics, levels, or even music for a less selective competition (i.e. better chance of being hired).

Being an Admin on any server is one of the worst thing that can happen to a person. Considering being an Admin on a game with 2000 players. I had a few friends that had been admin and only 1 out of the 3 haven't changed.

What I mean about "Changed" is their personality and their communication skill. They seem to have been brainwashed. Their thinking pattern had been corrupt. Being an Admin can affect your life drastically and will make it harder to 'Fit in'. So becoming an admin is a risk, if you're thinking of join the top 3 server.

Yea, anyways i'd say all of the PR's, at the moment are complete idiots who have little to no experiance or a severe lacking in;1. interaction with players. What i mean by this is, apart from the brown-nosing they do, the undesirable little pricks have no communication skills or you know, helping etc (I don't know). 2. Brains. If having a brain or at least one brain cell was required for the job, 12/10 would be removed from the staff team. 3. Yea, whatever i'm kind of tired of this thread. Bye. Apart from getting attention, what is the point of being a PR? I support and respect our GFX, SFX and Gani Artists. As these people actually have a life ( they can do animations, write a game ) they are talented and they would most likely success in life in the Media Sector, but a Player Relations... nah

I see what you're implying, and her situation is totally different. She is from Japan (don't quote me on that). Her grammar isn't the best because she speaks Japenese, and still attempts to communicate with the primarily English playerbase. Most people are just ignorant and illiterate, she has a reason.

She's not a PR so that's okay...

For the last time, KURONEKO isn't from Japan and she doesn't speak Japanese.
She is from Taiwan and she speaks Chinese. And yes she doesn't like to talk because she is not strong in English. But it is still understandable
