I've noticed a ton of noobs just sitting there and chilling out all the time lately. I think that they're from Facebook.

The only noobs I see in that picture are the two in the bottom middle holding PBP's -.-

There's going to be alot of them there at any given time, because after you do the beginning tutorial you are automatically teleported there.
