RC = Remote Control

On Graal it´s a program. With that you can edit players stuff, create weapons (scripts), upload stuff and more (with special rights, every dev get´s it´s own kind of rights).

That would ruin the game. Part of Graal is adventuring and being involved in an online world. Warping would ruin the whole aspect of traveling, which is a huge part of the game - whether just a few tiles in your guild house or across the map from Balamb to Snowtown.
