iTunes Glitch?
Ok so I just spent 20$ on era to buy m4 but none of my gralats came to me. I can take a pic and show the purchase i made. I want my gralats or my itunes back! NOW. >:(

Forward your receipt to the otherwise utterly useless email of the staff. They may or may not actually do something.

The receipt will go to your email that you chose for itunes, this shows proof of purchase and can help you get money that you did not receive if you email the staff. I don't know who deals with this type of problem though.

Email [email protected] with your iTunes receipt. Tell him the app is GraalOnline Era. He'll refund it.

don't expect that they will refund it. The same thing happened to me last april 2013. I bought $10 gralats pack and no gralats went to my account but i received a receipt. I "FORWARDED" my receipt to Xor,stefan,snk,era@graalonline and guess what they always reply? "we cant do anything" pls send your receipt to this email blah blah blah. they just passing this issue to other admins. Xor even told me he cant do anything about this so i need to email it to stefan([email protected]) and stefan replied 2 weeks after for me to provide my Graal ID but after that he never replied and never gave me the gralats.
The only person who helped me is when i went to iTunes apple website and used their customer help. You just need to wait mostly 10 minutes for a crew to help you. They just went to my purchase history and saw that I made a purchase but the in game item(gralats) never went to my account so they refunded my $10 within 24 hours. P.S Dont expect any help from those ignorant admins who are responsible for purchases because they will just think that you photoshoped/edited the receipt' |

Learn what to post in an email instead of emailing "halp pls i never got gralats"
You get a receipt sent to your email after you purchase something from iTunes. Now, once you have that receipt, send it to [email protected] along with your graalid and a few sentence of what went wrong during your purchase. Xor will get to your email later and add the gralats to your account. simple as that! YOU DID IT! U R S-M-A-R-T NAO |
the amount of spam snk gets in his mail is just over the top. if i were to mail him he probably would never reply. its useless. stefans mail is way worse. no way in hell am i getting my gralats back. i will have to go to apple support and get it worked out.

You seem to be doubting it will work, but you claim you haven't tired. Don't complain because you think they won't do anything.
Xor is the only one who deals with purchases, and he will eventually add it only if you take action. |

I remember this happening to me last year. Yeah, emailed snk with my apple email and receipt, he forwarded to xor and then nothing happened. Don't count on them. Either iTunes support or forget it.

I said- My mom thinks it is stupid. She is the only one with the password. anyways, its like snk actually cares anyways. I have emailed him about it and still no response.

It will be impossible to get refund from xor with no receipt. Bug your mum or just forget the whole thing.
