Make sure you're PMIng them the question itself rather then 'Can I ask a question?' or something along those lines.

If one admin does not respond, try PMing another?

PM the GPs that are online first rather then the developmental admins, you're more likely to get a response.

Also ensure that your question deserves a response.

Im curious what the questions you asked are.
50% of the questions players ask me is a dev/update question
25% is "how to become a GP" question
15% is "Can you host a event"
and 10% is a serious question.

Then there is always those dumb questions like "If i go around graal city dressed as a mexican asking players if they want to buy drugs will i get banned?" (Someone actually asked me that btw...)

But if you were to ask me, or another GP a serious question we are probably going to answer you.
Worse comes to worse you make a thread about the question. I find Graalians know just as much, or more as the average admin.
But what are the questions you have right now? I will be happy to answer them.

Yes.

I understand many people ask very dumb questions. Many questions can be good. I've noticed that many people are unhappy with admins and just thought I'd get a good idea of why and unresponsive admins came to be the most common reason for people being upset. I understand that many people ask stupid questions but some are very good an left without a response. Again i understand being an admin can be very busy and hectic, but more and more people seem to be unhappy with them, just thought I'd see why (not meant to offend in any way!)

I'm pretty sure every time I have asked a question, it's been answered. Except the time I asked Rufus which 1D member was his fave.

Okay, not going to kiss ass like some people on this thread, but working behind the scenes is more about asking questions. If you have a logical question, I'm sure they'll answer - sometimes they're busy though. Then again it wouldn't hurt to have them let you know they'll pm you later, or have an automatic question script.

I'm glad this thread was made, that way people can complain about admins who don't answer "Can i be admain" and "can i win event ples?"

I have a note on my computer with several common questions' answers that I copy and paste a lot.

Why? So the GPs can be even more lazy?
Its their job to deal with the players. If they wanna bitch about spam they shouldnt be a GP or even an admin at all.

It would be good for Players too, I personally get asked the same questions over and over agin and I didn't sign up to be a gp and I don't intend to

You have two types of people. You have staff that really do care about players and will have a conversation with them, or you have staff who ignore PMs, or the staff who will most likely snap shot any PMs that they find to be really funny on Graal.

I was staff for Graal awhile back. I know how some of the staff act. It actually surprised me when I saw that other player get talked about. I myself wondered who said what about me when I was going to be hired. I like Graal and all but there are people who dont take questions seriously and there are other people who do care. Its just really hard to find the people who care. You can say its bs all you want but I know what goes on, since I have had the experience myself. I used to turn on PMs from friends only so I could ignore questions lol.

I find the admins very helpfull, if I have a question I simply ask it (I used to be extreamly shy pretty much still am) about all my questions have been answered and I'm quite happy about that. But when it comes to reporting somone I keep thinking that admins don't even see or try to fix the problem.

I have not really had a problem with any admins besides one. Every time I pm her she ignores me. But every other admin I have pmed with a question had helped answer it, and if they did not know the answer they referred me to someone who could. I do not really have any complaints about the current staff.
