sometimes when i try pm, or try to pm an admin i get this message

what does it mean,because after i pm them they're still on nothing changed

They logged off of Client (The Game) but are still on RC I believe

most PR dont. most are just here to be seen and feel important, and then just use their other accounts to play the game.

No one should have infinite access to client for ever, ya know.
Therefor yes, PR's do use their iPods, iPads etc to play the game, most likely when they cannot get on their PC, Etc, etc.

Without PR's,
Who would run the game?
Who would stop hackers and glitchers?
A PR's job isn't to sit around, thats why don't see them because they're probably handling a situation.

It's bad to generalise though, which is why everyone seems to be trying to correct you. I use my other account all the time because I like to actively engage with the players to provide a better feedback as to what we should improve/what we need, I also enjoy the game, which is why I'm staff in the first place. Not much of a point in having all our team as PRs who don't enjoy or play the game. Even Blizzard has GMs in WoW that play ingame.

not all PR do a horrible job, im not saying all, but I think most do a piss more job and care way to much about their player accounts and have too much hunger for fame, rather than the job they where lucky enough to get, SERVING THE PLAYERS OF GRAAL, thats what player relations are about right? relationships with players.. not competitng against them (at least not a majority of the time)

Okay, what do they get hired for?
Maybe watching over and running the game smoothly instead of having to interrupt the dev team, they're there.

PR are at the bottom of the admin totem pole, they are like the door greeters at walmart who can walk on walls LOL

That is wrong, some PR's have more rights/access than a beginning developer depending on what they develop. You obviously have never been hired anywhere, so why pretend you know more than people who have?
