Umbrella Disappeared??!!
 

Ok so I have a friend named "Ice Death (Stryker)" in game.
this thread was supposed to be made last march but instead we were pming admins in game which was useless even though Street said he'll help.
Last march, Ice Death recently won his first and only auction that was worth 120k for a black umbrella. The next day, he got online and noticed that his black umbrella has disappeared from his inventory. Ever since that day we have been messaging admins but still no response. The disappearance of the black umbrella is still a mystery and so far no admins have helped. I made this thread to get the attention of the admins since i've noticed they always respond in this forum especially snk.

Anyways, maybe your friend was scammed and didn't want to admit it, or maybe he was hacked; last march was before the identify system

It wasnt hacked or anything like that. We have emailed several admins but still no response from them. My friend spent 40$ of real money for nothing.

What do you mean you emailed several admins? There's a collective email that they can all access, or did you email personal emails? The collective email probably works best and is [email protected]

A lot of people have spent more than $40 on this game. I've seen people with a million or half a million gralats which is $200.

Well items won't just grow pixel legs and walk away from your inventory. It must've gone somewhere. Also were umbrellas even auctioned a year ago? I swear it was a lot more recent.

However, no admin removed the item from him. So it's either been hacked (he let somebody on his account by authorizing them) or a family member

i can barely afford 5 dollar's a month for graal and people go and put 40 dollars in a stupid game on the iPhone lol

Putting $40 into Graal is nothing really. A console game is like $60 and you play it for a year or less and move on. People spend more than a year playing Graal so it only makes sense to invest in it. Not saying blowing all your allowance on a pixel game is healthy, but it's definitely not something to look down upon when you look at it logically.

I am just saying i would rather go take that $40 dollars and spend it on somthing more useful like food or a "need" not a game it's just i think he wasted that 40 dollars

I've had it too, it's probably because you were lagging and when you dropped it/ picked it up it disappeared... Atleast, if that was what you did. There are no logs for umbrellas (that was what I was told) so you can't prove it and therefor no one can help you :(
