Staff Island.
 
Maybe add a staff island as a nice place that only staff can access without being harrassed or having to be in stealth mode. There could maybe be a secret access that, even if found by a Graalian without staff rights, is still only accessable by staff of iEra.

Please comment what you guys think about it!!

We can just warp to unreleased buildings, making a island specifically for staff is just time consuming

People have said it and said it they are never gonna do it as sam said yes because time consuming latting a map just for Admins is useless they have stealth and how many admins would actually be there only 4 prob out of the whole division the gfx admins the scripting admins the gani admins and administration prs would be out helping people and all that other then that no one would be there ;)

Did you know that PR's only help through PM's and RC. Gfx and gani and scripting are AFK most time - so they barely have tie to help....and in their spare time they just chillax. ;)

If they want to chillax they can just go stealth. They can see what everyone is doing, and have a feeling of being part of the general community, but still be to themselves.

True, true. Although, what if they wanted somewhere to chill where they are actually allowed to talk without getting spammed for events.

If they're invisible, players won't know which admins to spam.
The players will then just talk out loud, and it's easy to ignore their huddling masses.
Unless there is a real concern to be dealt with in the crowd, not just "Make mi adiam." or "Host auktunz plz?", admins can go about their own business.

Yes, true. But RedBoy, most staff (Gani Artists, GFX, LAT etc.) weren't hired to help players. They are meant to do their jobs. And an island without staff?!? Don't be stupid- what if someone's having trouble? That would be a perfect get-away for troublesome players that don't care.

You don't need an island, end of story. It's not worth the effort and it'd just give staff another place to ***** around and not get things done.

Not everyoneondev is being hired. And he recruited me to Ciprioni Family AFTER I was on dev for about 2 weeks, only because he liked my art.
