To all Graalians who have server staff titles under their username
 

I just wanted to say, when you have [insert server] [insert staff position] under your username you are not only telling everyone what server you are staff on but you are representing your server, your fellow staff members, and that server's community.

If you make yourself look bad everyone sees your server right below your username and you just made your server look bad. If you continue such behavior you could possibly tarnish your server's reputation for some people.
Just because you put that title below your username doesnt mean you need to get super defensive about your server either.

I think of such people excluding people in key-management positions of major servers (a.k.a. snk,rufus,etc...) as ****ers must the truth be told, including your position does nothing but say "Hey, look how much bigger my **** is than yours".

I think there's a lesson to be learnt here.
