Just bought PBP shotgun want refund doesnt do promised damage
I just bought a PBP shotgun. It says it does 4 damage per hit but it only does 3. I want a full refund.

Lol

Wut

Unfortunatley, no refund will take place, of any kind. Graal reserves its rights to modify the stats of guns at any time, for any reason, whether we like it or not.
|
Yes but it said four damage thats the only reason i bought it!
|
I understand, when I bought my pbp the description said it did 8 damage (I believe damage wasn't stacked, but I can't say for sure). When I used it on the crabs on the beach it said it dealt 4 damage only so I was upset. Nothing was done for me though. Its upsetting how the descriptions of guns aren't edited to match the new gun's stats once the nerf takes place but. Oh well.

Lol

Basicly, you got scammed by Era, and there's nothing you can do. Yah, it sucks.

I'd complain if I were you. The gun descriptions should match the gun stats. Which in turn means that when staff nerfs or buffs a gun, the description should change to match it. Otherwise it is false advertisement. That is unfair. The issue isn't about the messed up stats, but the failure to update the description (aka: the one thing that allows you to know what you're buying).
I know, it sucks. You should have bought a Shipka instead. |
Its supposed to be changed in the descrpition-
Meph changed it not that long ago if you havent seen the endless war about it, No refund will take place, Sorry, you'll have to deal with it. |

Not everyone reads every thread or even goes on graalians. Sounds biased to me. |
Yeah-Edited my last post, sorry.
|
Oh. I'll check the description. If it says four damage, its wrong to sell it and think people won't want a refund for a gun that doesn't do what it says it'll do.
|
Poor guy, i feel for ya.
|
No, the description still states four damage. It's wrong.

Due to the on-going wars/flames on the descriptions of items which is purchased by players by spending real currencies by children's/adults, I am personally in contact with Apple via email on how iEra is unfair and keep changing the stats of an item after it has been purchased.
Yes, graal does have the authority to modify or change there policies within the game, but due to the Gaming Law's in the UK under the section 5 and article 39 I believe, no provider of any game is allowed is allowed to change the constant of selling. So therefore I and many more people who plays iEra who are angry like me and others should ask Apple directly if Graal are doing everything lawful. I will also update you people with the outcomes of the emails in near future. |
Romario apple is not a uk company its a merican company. Apple does not give two s**ts about that rule.
|
I'm confused as to why people want to ruin the game. If you keep moaning that the game is being unlawful or whatever then there is a chance era will just disappear. Then what have you achieved? You just wasted even more money,
|
Regardless if they are an American company, but they trade in the UK and EU. So they have to obide by the UK/EU Law's.

exactly my point, and the odds of apple getting in touch with a very small game is 1in a million
romario let me educate you on merica and money. Money in good 'ol 'Merica controlls everything. Hell, if you have enough cash you could get away with murder. So people in 'Merica love money, and large corporations such as apple, circle jerks to their money (Stefan is a wanna be compared to apple). Greed gets the better of them and they will give 0 ****s about a gun nerf and a high amount of people wanting a refund. Apple will say "Tough luck, now will you like to buy one of our super overpriced computers?" |

Look, I said he should complain. I meant to Era Staff, or at least Unimax(?) or the person that handles the business side of Graal. A description advertising a game weapon with a specific set of stats should give out that weapon with those stats. Otherwise it's just wrong.
Whoever it was that keeps up with gun descriptions... You need to change them when a gun is officially nerfed/buffed. It just isn't right to do that to players. Yes, you can change the in game items whenever you want, but doing so without notifying buyers by a description change is reckless and misleading. What is it that stops this updating? Is it pride? Actually if you haven't noticed, not one gun change appears in the news. Seems shady. Seems. Im not at all attacking staff, it's just that this type of situation shouldn't happen. In every other situation, players are just whining. However, this time it makes sense. |

Just buy a Tommy, you will never need another gun.

So stupid. You should be issued a refund under the pretext of false advertisement if you received something that doesn't perform as described.
|
See now that is a legitimate reason for a refund.
