AB8 rip-off!
 

So i went to buy the AB8 gun looks cool and all,but theres a surprise it doesnt do 8 base dmg as the description says it does 7 dmg,Meph fix this,because some ppl bought this base on it does 8 dmg (good condition) 9 dmg (perfect shape).

in the picture shows the description says it does 8 dmg,well it doesnt it does 7 dmg! Come on its a 65k gun! And dont go change the description,change the gun stats as the description says.Stay clear from this until its fixed or get the Sten instead.

Does this go for all the guns? Meaning the ak47 with 9 damage actually does 8

Havent try that that im not going to waste 90k to find out lol

If i were you id stay away from this guns for now,i found out by shooting a bear from candyland it showed the AB8 does 7 dmg!

hmm i thought it would load the damage from the DB, meaning we arent setting it manually. will take a look at that tomorrow if somebody else didnt till then

Yes you are right,just found out in spar,it happens to sawed ak-47 too it does 8 dmg base not 9,not worth 90k lol

Unless someones added the perfect shapes damage to the description so people will buy thinking their ak47s will do 10 damage, and their other guns will do 9

Yeah that's ****ed up because ppl spent money based on what the description says,they should fix the gun stats just like the description says.

make AB8 and M1A8 compare-able to sten cause they're both 65k so higher fire rate and lower freeze

So glad I didnt buy one. I knew it was going to be a mess on release. Youre better off waiting a month or so for the buff/nerf dust to settle.

So the AB8 is same as tachi scorpion in terms of fire rate and damage? That's an extra 35000 for something that looks a little different. I'll pass.

Hrm.... gotta give those early buyers something in compensation for buying a gun early while risking their money into a possible "rip off" gun and there hasn't been any reviews yet.

Maybe next time, add a sale price upon releasing new guns. For a day or so, make it like 10%-20% off the original price. Once the sale has ended, it's reverted back to original price.

I'll make it 8 damage untill someone officially fixes this error.

They should chek out all those guns because I've heard sawed AK-47 had the same problem.

I'm wondering if the issue comes from upgrading.. perhaps the description damage was including the "upgrade" damage and this is where the problem lies?

Yes, if that was the case then it would seem to be fairly deceptive, almost tricking the player since every other description includes its default damage, with the upgrade being and upgrade and not part of the gun

I could be mistaken; though i've left a note with Meph explaining the changes i've made (Changed the other guns that didn't match description damage wise also) So hopefully we shall find out soon what was supposed to be the correct course..
