Pretty tired of this crap.
 
This applies for classic also!

I absolutely need an account transfer. It is impossible for me to use identify, and when I try to contact support to change my identity email, I get no response. Xor if you could please transfer my account and stop ignoring my emails, that's be great. (for those of you who will call me a troll or whatnot, I have been trying to transfer my account since September )

Graal staff is unorganized and unprofessional.
Don't expect staff support from Graal like you would for a real game.

If you need Xor, you won't find him here, hence he doesn't go to these forums. You will be ignored by Admins because they are stuck up little douches. So befriend one but don't be too close because they can be the end of you.

Yup, Graal is corrupt. I quit it because of an Administrator that had a friend he always listened too, even without evidence.

They are just normal people that are power hungry and doesn't care about the community at all. It happens if you recruit a player base other then get people for in real life that you trust.

The one time that you contacted the support e-mail was in October. You're going to need to send another if you expect something to be done.

I thought it was pretty obvious that if your request was not granted 3 months ago (you did receive a reply so I don't know why you're saying you didn't) you would try again. It is your only option here.

I just sent an email to [email protected] how convienent! Well I honestly don't see any trouble with the staff of Graal. I mean honestly if you don't get yourself into trouble then there is no reason for any of it. I have been playing maybe over 4 years and it is all fun and games for me. Just try and be polite and maybe they will give you a break.

i' ve lost over $50 of itunes after disconnecting in iera! i was told to email xor when i reported it, but xor still hasnt responded after 5 or 6 emails!
