I want to recruit players to help the Family rise in the Family Ranks and Gang Ranks(even though we'll never be #1 cause of the top gangs, unless they were "Deleted"). number 1 is we have to be richasses that means we need to have a monster truck and BAR to join since you cant really be skillful with two noob guns and an income of 500 a week

The answer would probably be yes. Not because of your KDR but because he is most likely desperate for members and these maturity rules are just there to make his guild look "official and **** like that".

I sort of dislike gangs that kick people not on their tag. I prefer gangs that like to have the members on tag, but it isn't necessary.

what's the point of being in a gang if you don't use the tag? It wastes a space for the gang leader.
