Whenever I try to go to the server it always says "Disconnected by server, THE BAN HAMMER HAS SPOKEN"

Does this mean I am banned?

You completely griefed someones house, so you were banned. However, banning is only a temporary punishment. You will be unbanned, but you will be demoted so to a rank that won't allow you to do anything.
