Classic's Top 10 Sparrers
 

The sparring leaderboards are messed up, too many people boost and use glitches to get up to the top. Who in your opinion deserves to be in the top 10 list? Who do you think are the top 10 best sparrers of Classic? List your 10.

I don't know any good sparrers :3 but I suppose Crono.

US has good sparrers.

Oh this thread is going to go places... Tons of damn good sparrers on here, I don't know how I can make some people seem better than others. It not always perfectly clear. Agreed, however, that the scores are pretty inaccurate.

I think stefans not good with math some peoples scores are 5829 of 295 games won O.o

Here is my attempt at an unbiased list. In no particular order:

• MR MAGNETIC - Ya.
• Rashard Demigod - Ya.
• Kevin91 - Think I'd respect him more if he didn't use other accounts to save his spar rating, but he's still good.
• NiTe - Seems to be underrated now.
• Diz Feare - Diz is good. I think he's the only person on this list I haven't beaten on my iPod yet and he adapted well on PC too.
• Eddy - I don't like him but he's one of the few I really struggle to spar on PC.
• Kouji - Also underrated.
• Ryo - Might have a bit of delay, but it doesn't really matter because his defense is always on the ball.
• Ex Enguard - Another person I struggle with!

I don't really know many other people nor do I know how they spar. I have no respect for Kevin91, he relies on his lag and denies he even has it.

I'll take a crack at this...in no particular order either.

1) Kevin91
2) Shan-thought he makes second accounts, and he REALLY rages when he loses.
3) Ryo-Probably the least Laggy Japanese player in my opinion. He's good.
4) NiTe
5)Kouji
6)I'm putting all the PC sparrers as one...(MAG, Ex, Rash, Rufus etc.) nobody can beat them. :(
7) Eddy
That's all I can really think of...I won't say Shinta, because he hasn't been sparring seriously for a long time...

I would make a top 10, but I'll just throw a few names out.
Kevin: He may lag and use a lot of secondary accounts, but he's still good.
Shan: Shan really picked himself back up out of the 'I suck' slump and is doing well.
Rashard: Nufsed.
Ex: I find Ex a challenge, he's insanely fast.
Ryo: Really hard to sneak one in on him.
I'd go on about some more sparrers, but honestly I don't seem to really get a chance to spar other people, for some reason I get randoms a lot.

Thinking you're good is not the same as being good. If he isn't lagging he isn't winning, and when he does lose you're the one that's lagging... apparently.

Its actually very hard to narrow it down since someone always has a flaw in them where it comes to there lag or style. but i guess ill give it a shot without a order also:

I agree with Papy for everyone besides Sorrow. That guy pauses which annoys me to the point of a good ol' fashioned /headdesk.

I would have to agree with rufus, but i would generally say people who have there spar win/lose ratio way over 1 could be really good at sparring

Yikes, guess it's time to spar classic style. We'll see how this plays out.

I actually beat him a lot! He's pretty easy if you stay in his face and play real aggressive-like.

POINT IS THE BEST.

The lists many of you are giving are just the people you know are good or have previously sparred before. There could be hidden players that could easily defeat the 'big name' sparrers. Most players are very underrated, and most judged by their spar score.

It's all in your mind. He never loses, it's all just a mind game.

He spars in wide circles, its a game of accuracy and timing. No real skill necessary IMO.

Some people I respect in sparring (In no particular order):

1) Rufus: On PC, he's insane, on iPod, he's great.
2) Storm: Aaaaah. I'm scared.
3) Gambit: He's good, and not very known.
4) Diz: Never faced him in spar, but we had a 1-1 in the last round of GST. I won, but I don't know how. Gratz US.
5) Tyler: Sparred him a few times, he beat me like 8/10 I think.
6) Rashard: Great sparrer.
7) Shard: I had fun Gsparring with Service ^^

That's not everybody, but most.

I see a lot of people saying Gambit, whilst I'm his friend and all, I find him easier then a lot of sparrers ._.
